The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa

Was in town for a concert. Weather was 115 degrees that day. The room that I was given had a faulty AC. Called to get it fixed. They arrived while I was at the concert. They texted me and said they would put me in a different room bc it couldn't be fixed. They said a bellman would be arriving in a few minutes with the keys to the new room. It was 10pm by this time. Ended up waiting more than 20 mins in a hot room at 100 dgrees and still no bellman had arrived. I decided i wasn't waiting anymore. Went to the front desk and asked for a refund. Drove home anhour and a half away. Parking tucked. Not enough spaces per building

My family and I visited from San Diego on a quick getaway and had the best time! The staff and customer service was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and accommodating for our family of 3. While the course wasn’t yet available, the range experience was beautiful and convenient. They referred me to another beautiful course “Mission Hills- Gary Player Course ”. During the trip my two year old son, my wife, and I enjoyed the pool & water slide area and the arcade/bowling alley. The trip ended with my wife having an exceptional massage experience. Overall, it was an excellent trip in the middle of the week. We’ll be back!

The property is very well kept the outside is very clean and the vast grass area is very well maintained. The room was a disappointment in the size. For the price of our stay it was not worth it in my opinion. The space for the 2 queen beds was tight for a family of 4. The property is spread out and the parking spaces are limited. Booking thru Expedia was easy however at check out i was charged for complimentary items that were not used. We did not want to eat at the property and we were given 2 vouchers to use as credit towards food which the property charged me for. It was presented as a gift or a complimentary item and I was charged for not using it at check out. For the price I paid for the room thru Expedia and the total I was charged at check out I could have stayed somewhere roomier and more prestigious. Overall I was displeased and would not recommend or book here in the future.

This is by far our favorite hotel. From the customer service to the amenities, it just a great place to stay!

It’s a beautiful resort my only issue was the water from the pool looked dirty and hot.

The property was beautiful! Although large, everything felt close and the golf cart service was helpful. We had a lot of fun trying out all of the amenities. We really enjoyed the complimentary range balls and bowling! Room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay.

One of the best low key, clean, quiet and relaxing places to stay in the low desert area!! Every employee was more than friendly welcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Came here for a girls weekend and couldn’t be happier. The resort fee was $40 but I feel like they made $40 work for us. We had a great time.

I left a special pacifier on the bed because My Son has a cliff pallet they came to clean the room and the wrapped up the blankets and took it. It was in the bed with the baby’s little mattress on top of that when I got there, there was room service, trash all over the hallways I have all of these charges on my account for $50 that I don’t know what it is. I booked with Experian and Experian and the hotel charge me twice for it the room. The only thing you get about it is the manager said that they were going to give me a credit for $25 because they threw away my pacifier that was made and that I got in the Nicu for the baby. My baby is only two months old without that pacifier. It’s really hard to calm him down.
