Favorite hotel in the area, it’s always an easy and peaceful stay!

Overall, the experience was great room was clean. Pool service was very nice bartender at the pool. Julio was amazing. We got nice views, quiet and beautiful. Rest once again for the V hotel.

Everything was great including service, only thing was that some of the outdoor needed some cleaning and upkeep but other than that great stay. Also the ice machine didn’t have any ice and needed some cleaning and refrigerators may need to be updated but it might have taken a while to cool because of the heatwave happening

pool was filthy, and the pool area was not maintained. Algae overgrowth while they said it would be cleaned and solutions were working to clean the water, this was not true. We arrived on a Thursday, and by late afternoon on Friday, the water was still green and cloudy with debris. A number of the pool loungers were torn and had big gashes and were stained. Our air conditioner was broken, and though they tried to fix, we moved to another room where the TV didn't work. The bathroom has a strong smell of tobacco and a room with heavy cleaning chemicals. We tried to be patient as the staff was confident in explaining the pool and how it should be fine to swim. We checked out Friday after trying to wait it out and booked a resort pass at another hotel so we can enjoy our trip for our 40th bday. I've stayed on this property under different management, and all was fine. Very disappointed. I can't find a number for HOTELS.COM to insure my refund for our stay on Friday. Dont book 3rd party. call the hotel to book.

The floors in the room were nice and cool with the epoxy. That was a great detail especially with the heat. I liked the private “porch” if that is what to call it with the swing outside the room. I didn’t like the open shower feature. Water gets everywhere and there is a draft. The gentleman checking me in could be more pleasant. He wasn’t rude at all. Just seemed very bored with his job. The pool was dirty and had things floating in it. Didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all. The hotel was also not busy at all. The hot tub was the same. We couldn’t find a way to turn on the jets.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. My room was spacious and spotless, and the hotel's convenient location near major landmarks made my stay truly exceptional.

The Jacuzzi wasn't working, we notified staff and where adviced that they were going to notified maintenance but it never fot fix. The pool bar never opened up which that's the whole point to going to Palm Springs to have a drink by the pool. The rooms are poorly remodeled and stains everywhere. This a 2 star motel.

Apparently it wasn’t working and they didn’t tell us until we went to go ask why was the pool so dirty. Ac was not helping either.

would of loved to have services like bar open every day and resturant but we get it we went on off days

Clean room, nothing fancy. TV wasn’t working, and maintenance couldn’t fix it so we were given restaurant vouchers. The restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and super cute!

That’s the only downfall. The place is a nice stay. The bathroom is perfect. Nice and big. Lots of space in there.

Cute hotel not too far from the strip with great food! Went on a quieter weekend which was great for my family and pool time ! Would definitely go again.
