V Capri Palm Springs, a Dolce by Wyndham

The Jacuzzi wasn't working, we notified staff and where adviced that they were going to notified maintenance but it never fot fix. The pool bar never opened up which that's the whole point to going to Palm Springs to have a drink by the pool. The rooms are poorly remodeled and stains everywhere. This a 2 star motel.

Apparently it wasn’t working and they didn’t tell us until we went to go ask why was the pool so dirty. Ac was not helping either.

Clean room, nothing fancy. TV wasn’t working, and maintenance couldn’t fix it so we were given restaurant vouchers. The restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and super cute!

Clean ans good location

That’s the only downfall. The place is a nice stay. The bathroom is perfect. Nice and big. Lots of space in there.

Cute hotel not too far from the strip with great food! Went on a quieter weekend which was great for my family and pool time ! Would definitely go again.

Good stay for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I specifically reserved this hotel for the 21+ Adults only pool. However, during my stay there were children in the adults only pool. Screaming children, while there’s a designated family pool. I called the front desk, and i was told they would handle it and go out to the pool area to talk to the parents. Nothing was done

The room is cool and clean. Main complaint would be the shower, it’s clean but the design of it is very inefficient.

Very calm spot at the end of May for a quick getaway! Had family pool to ourselves and had easy pool bar access for food & drinks! Very friendly staff too.

The pictures looks nice but the property itself was okay. Rooms was updated and clean but had a window AC unit which we have not booked if I would have known that, it was a little noisy. The outdoor pool area was okay, the pool water was not very clean, while it was not that busy, only 5-6 couples including us were in the pool. We stayed one night and tried to make the best out of it. Overall I would rate 2,5 shy 3. The front desk staff was friendly.

While the towels and bedding were clean, the room itself had issues. The bed appeared to be broken and made loud noises whenever either person shifted positions during the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. For the condition of the property and the overall experience, I would value this hotel closer to $99 per night or less. The $200 security deposit also seemed excessive given the quality of the accommodations. I was especially disappointed after paying an additional early check-in fee and feel a partial refund for that charge would be appropriate. Looking back, it makes sense why there were available rooms and why other guests appeared to be checking out early. There was only one person working at the front desk, which seemed to reflect the overall state of the property. The one positive was that the pool area was not crowded, although that may have been because of its poor condition. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Location was great. Room was clean. Refrigerator was on its last leg. Pool area seating could use a deep cleaning. Hotel should consider replacing air conditioners with mini split systems.

The hotel is showing its age. Definitely a little rougher around the edges than expected.

I like the rooms that are not too far from the pool. The only thing that I was thinking tired of listening all night and day was the air conditioning. It was so loud !!

Not as clean like in the past years. Kind of seems they stop caring for the looks of the property
