Spotless clean, great staff, beautiful views and vibes

The pool and view was amazing ! The breakfast was decent. Paying to use the sky pool even though you are guest is underwhelming, makes everything feel … cheap and money-first, chasing cents instead of guests comfort. Rooms were quite spread out and elevators are quite slow.

The staff was attentive and caring, and the service was excellent. The view from our room was incredible! We could sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean in privacy. There is also a nice fitness room. It was very convenient having breakfast and dinner there. Overall, the resort was relaxing, clean and beautiful. We were given a quiet room, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately there were some party lovers playing loud music in the middle of the night. But security took care of it right away, and we were grateful.

The views for the hotel are 10/10! Sunrise brings wonderful sunshine & atmosphere for breakfast time. Breakfast had delicious options to help fuel up & explore Mallorca. The Bow restaurant offered a great menu and romantic setting for ocean view dinners. The room had a comfortable bed with nice A/C to keep the room cool. The entire hotel was very clean & well maintained. Great pools too. Lots of sun chairs & lounge locations for tanning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Wished the mini bar fridge was able to keep drinks colder.

The location was great and the staff were extremely friendly! The bathroom wasnt that clean (the shower) We paid for parking and yet there wasnt space available for my rental car. Parking is extremely compact!

The buffet was a classic format and selection that you will find anywhere in Mallorca. The man making the omelette each morning was a gentle man. N/A

The main positives were the beautiful sea view, the generally kind and professional reception staff, and especially Jorge, who stood out for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to listen and go above and beyond in handling our feedback. We also want to mention Gonzalez from the restaurant, whose service was kind, attentive, and genuinely very good. The hotel also offers parking for €18/day, which is useful, although the entrance is quite tight due to towel carts placed near the access. Our Junior Suite was spacious and had a lovely view, but comfort was poor. The mattresses were distorted, the pillows extremely flat, and we slept badly throughout the stay. The decorative pillows had a strange smell, the bed sheets had stains, and the duvet cover was fitted oddly, so it moved aside during the night and left the inner duvet exposed. The bathroom layout was also impractical. The toilet and shower were only semi-enclosed with frosted glass panels that did not reach the ceiling, which reduced privacy, and having the sink directly in the room made the setup feel unusual and uncomfortable. The room had an overall strange smell throughout the stay. At one point it became worse; after we reported it, reception reacted promptly and maintenance explained that the ventilation had been switched off the day before, which had caused bad odours to build up. We appreciated the quick reaction, but overall the room never felt fully fresh. Although housekeeping came daily, the cleaning was quite basic rather than thorough. Some visible dust and dirt suggested that certain areas had not been properly cleaned for longer than just one day. Another disappointment was the arrangement for our child. Although the reservation had clearly been made for 2 adults and 1 child, a few days before arrival we were told we had to pay an extra nightly fee for the child. We accepted this because we were told an extra foldable bed would be provided. In reality, this was a fold-out armchair/sofa bed placed very close to the floor, and it was not comfortable at all. It also did not look particularly clean. Breakfast was acceptable overall, but not well handled for a celiac guest. Every morning I had to wait around 15 minutes or more for gluten-free bread, and once it arrived so hard that it was impossible to eat. I reported this to reception and they apologised, which I appreciated. Dinner, however, was very poor.

I like everything about the place

The property was absolutely exquisite. It had everything you could want in a resort. The room was gigantic and the bed super comfortable. The room had a sea facing patio that was large and the views were incredible. The breakfast had so many delicious options and the buffet went on for days. It was delicious. The bar had excellent cocktails and the outdoor spaces were clean and well appointed with canopies and several pools. The staff were also very helpful during our stay. I loved everything about the property except that it is a distance from Palma, but we took a cab and it was no problem. You can easily walk to the area of PalmaNuova and the beach and restaurants there are really nice. The location is perfect for a resort stay with access to other areas.

Super modern and clean Dinner buffet terrible not enough items and the meat and pork was super hard, couldn’t even sliced. Didn’t eat rice was hard too

The views. Absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was also great. The staff were excellent and the facilities were clean. Price of dinner. I thought it was a little expensive compared to other hotels.

Spa was very nice. Off season so local businesses were mostly closed.

I needed to ask for an extra pillow 3 times. Needed to ask for the milk and coffee to be filled up the next day

The view was incredible. There were several pool areas, several delicious restaurants with many selections, a spa and bar/lounge area. Parking was an option if you paid for it. I chose not to pay and it was a small challenge to park on the street.

Views are stunning! In every part of the hotel. Including gym and spa with sea view. Rooms were huge also and we enjoyed the spa and massages. Dinner and breakfast was also nice and with a large variety and kind staff. The location. We visited in January and it was a ghost town. It was quiet and peaceful but we didn’t have a single grocery store nearby and had to uber everywhere. If you’re visiting in warmer months and like pubs I guess it’d be better.

The hotel is excellent but it’s at the top of an extremely steep hill We went for new year and Palmanova and Magaluf was empty it was like a ghost town no mention of this Two or three bars open all week We had to go into Palma to feel like we were on holiday

Room lets in a bit too much noise from the hallway when people are passing by and other doors closing.

Wonderful staff, hotel is really clean and in a great locations. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and the beach.
