The food was very good. A bit more variety if spending a week or more at the hotel as can be come A bit boring sorry to say that..but frist few days food was very good Bit more variety in the food.but as the hotel has to carter for people checking in on all days some for few days other for a week I understand what the hotel has to do.so overall food good

Location is not the best in Palmanova but 5 min walk from the beach Poor rooms and breakfast

Location is good and the hotel overall is clean The entertainment is very noisy if you stay with children be aware no-one is sleeping before 11pm and the WiFi is average but this maybe an issue in the area

The location. The rooms and the swimming pool were really small and they hadn’t got many gluten-free products.

Very good size , good drinks and easy to find rooms. Evening food wasn’t the best. The room we had was on the side where the main road was so was quiet noisy and we was rudely awoken to an argument outside from other guest and the hotel staff were not quick enough to desqulate the situation as it went on for hours

The location. Hotel was relatively quiet at night. The main pool was a little on the small size, although my granddaughter loved the small children’s pool. We did find it a little annoying that people were putting their towels on sun loungers early in the day, but not using them until later.

Great facilities and the staff were all excellent. Plenty of choice when it comes to food at breakfast, lunch, dinner or visiting the snack bar. Room was a good size and clean. Only negative was the bed which wasn’t very comfortable.

the room was pretty nice there were RATS in the attic (above our room) walking all night long so I couldn’t fall asleep until 4 am. there was no soap in the bathroom and I haven’t received even after asking we were welcomed by a very unfriendly receptionist when we asked to make a complaint other receptionists took it personally and rolled their eyes with very bitter faces. the air-conditioning has a truck engine - it makes lots of noise there is no balcony no one accompanied us to the room - we had to find it ourselves you couldn’t take the elevator to the last floor so we has to drag the luggage up the stairs. i had other expectations from a 4* hotel and the price practiced

The food was very bad,no taste at all just cheap food. All inclusive-there is non-even water in the fridge to drink, at the swimming pool they have plastic glasses. I would never recommend this place. When I got in the room first the door to the balcony was not working could not lock it ... A few days later I was locked in the bathroom, I could not open the door the handle was wobbling I knocked non-stop for around 20 min(Thankfully the cleaning lady heard me from the corridor). When I told to the receptionist they did not even apologize or anything ...
