This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’d definitely return. The room was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptional—attentive, kind, and always ready to assist. They even went above and beyond by placing a dog bed and dog bowl in our suite for my chihuahua upon our arrival.

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a special experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant, relaxing, and perfectly designed for a comfortable family stay. My entire family was truly impressed and enjoyed every moment here. on arrival staff did not greet cordially. Staff didn't give full instructions how to operate hand held shower. Heated floor was not heated in all areas. Was given out dated high riser for toilet. Cleaning was not consistent and bed was not made thoroughly each day. Meals were not prepared as requested..

Everything was beyond our expectations. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they even helped us with valet parking. The room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping lady was very responsive. The food was delicious, the snacks were high quality, and the coffee was amazing. The only downside is that there are no Asian food options on the menu, and if you stay more than two nights, you will basically run out of new dishes to try.

The service was exceptional! Every need was anticipated and met with courtesy and efficiency. Food was fresh and preparations were lovely. The suites made it easy to feel at home, something very welcome since we had been looking for accommodations while our house was having work done. The parking facility l, while functional, was rather cramped.

The breakfast was great as was the service. And, we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience. Excellent food and not a noisy, bustling restaurant. Some noise vibration in our room probably from construction on the roof.
