For a Westin, it was average at best. Small bar/lobby with zero vibe. Small pool area…rooms were clean but nothing special.

Hotel staff was great but hotel was not clean as carpet were dirty in room and hallways and carpet was frayed. Steps to second floor were dirty and ice maker broken. Staff was great and helpful

We felt like we were in a very high rated hotel at a reasonable price. We had a family member at Stanford Medical Center and our needs kept changing. They were very accommodating.
