Basic. In the first room I got, the lock on the window was broken. The front desk person gave me a new room quickly, though. I asked for no cleaning service, but they came in and cleaned anyway while I was out. Also, they charge for parking. (I didn’t have a car, so not relevant to me, but I would have been peeved if I had a car and had to pay for parking.)

The staff were friendly and the room was quiet, so I slept well. However parking costs $10 a night. Nickel-and-diming guests on top of the room rate leaves a bad taste.

Nice staff, but price increasing to what it is are a bit steep for what it is and room had maint issues. Air conditioning was not working in the room correctly. It would turn off about 5 minutes and you could not turn it back on had to just run it in fan mode so it was hot in the room. The toilet you had to hold down the lever for it to flush which was not as near of a big deal and would not be mentioned if not for the AC in the middle of summer. Also they started charging 10 dollars for parking. Which is mentioned on Hotels.com, but I missed as it used to be free there. So room going up about 30% plus 10 dollars for parking on top of that just seems like a steep raise in cost to me.

Clean room, bathroom & comfortable bed. Air conditioner worked fine. I had to leave before the 6:30AM breakfast so I don't have a review for that. Refrigerated worked fine.

Great Help at the desk. TV had some problems but property and room very clean fresh quiet I'll stay there again in the future as I'm often in the area
