Reviews
-
Great place with a restaurant, bar and a real breakfast in the morning.

Had a good stay, no issues!

Parking system is terrible. You have to use a QR code, then can’t connect in garage. Once inside, ap doesn’t work and you have to go to front desk, get a temporary parking pass, take it to your car and go back in to the hotel.

We stayed one night, but when we returned to our room the next evening, we found that it had been assigned to someone else who was already staying there. All of our food, including my baby’s food and milk, her bottles, were in the hotel room. The hotel gave us a new room. I asked if they could provide some milk for my baby since we no longer had access to our supplies. The milk they brought from the restaurant , after drinking and falling asleep she cried all night, when I tried the milk in the fridge it was spoiled. I was so worried that I considered taking her to the emergency room. I cried all night with her and people at reception said there is nothing they can do about it. I had classes at Stanford the next morning, which was the reason for our trip, but instead we spent the entire night exhausted and distressed. This was a shocking experience and not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve encountered a room assignment issue like this at a Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very good

The staff at this hotel is excellent. Very focused on being of service. My room was a bit noisy at night. My room was close to both the elevator and the ice machine.

Check in was not on time and we had a wedding we were going to and didn’t have time to fully get ready. Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. Charge a lot of money for breakfast. Staff were not over accommodating.

Never stay here. The concierge was useless. I stayed for my anniversary and called in a noise complaint at 7 am. The next door neighbor and upstairs neighbor was stomping and yelling. I called for it to be handled as I checked in around 12 am and hadn't slept at all. They showed me an attitude for calling it in and didn't even bother to be polite. When they checked it, it never stopped. When I messaged them via the app, they still did nothing about it and said they would take a look at it. If you're staying here for a getaway, wouldn't recommend it. You won't sleep and even if you express it, they look at you like they could care less. A waste of my money. I would never be here again. Do better Hilton.

Must pay to park and limited coffee choices. The bed was hard

The hotel itself was nice, and the location was excellent and very convenient. The rooms and amenities met my expectations, which made the overall stay enjoyable in some ways. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was disappointing. From check in to check out, they came across as unwelcoming, unpleasant, and lacking professionalism. Customer service has a huge impact on a guest’s experience, and the interactions I had made me feel uncomfortable rather than valued. With a more friendly and professional staff, this hotel could be a much better place to stay.
