In conclusion: It's not perfect, but I would stay here again.
-
It was amazing very convenient and close to the restaurant we were going to, we had a lot of fun will definitely be back again!

Overall an excellent stay. Friendly staff. Well maintained.

There is a major issue with parking. This is handled by another entity. I was staying overnight from Sunday evening around 5:30pm to Monday morning at 8:00am. I was charged for two days ($48 plus tax). The information about parking suggested "overnight" would be treated as one day ($24 plus tax). This is not only overpricing, it's misrepresentation. [As I say, this is an external provider the hotel outsources to. The hotel itself was fine.]

Staff very helpful and responsive
-
The parking fee, and they did not mention the 50 Deposit upon arrival.
-
Convenient location, quick check in. 400$ per night for a dated room is absurd, breakfast and parking on top.

Very good

I had no issues, I was here for work

Room clean look nice The pool has to much bleach and the service on the breakfast i don't like the kids get cereal and they want to charge for buffet and they don't have the buffet ready
-
Near to all the parks (accessible) Food. Usually I don’t care about the food but if there’s 5 or 4 people in a family that avail the buffet you kind of expect a “ok” food. The milk was nasty non of the kids wanted to eat the food so they were gonna eat some cereal but end up not eating at all because even the milk was nasty.

The pool has to much bleach and the service on the breakfast i don't like the kids get cereal and they want to charge for buffet and they don't have the buffet ready ? even though the milk doesn't good my kids didn't eat the cereal and they still charged the breakfast separately I had to go somewhere else to eat and pay again..oh and I had to paid for parking too...like $26.99 more..I don't like that at all

The food was so basic for the price that i pay the milk wasnt good it tasted like it was expired prices were relly high the sodas were 7 dollars each i feel like everything was overpriced, also alot if kids were passing by knocking and running there was alot of noise after 10
