Our stay was quiet. We were not disturbed by noisy neighbors. The beds were comfortable. On first appearance, the place seemed to be more of a motel instead of a "hotel". It was worn and surfaces felt sticky (unclean). There was chipped paint on the wall, and open drywall where a towel hanger used to be. The toilet tank would not fill at times b/c of a sticking flap. In the morning, while we were getting dressed sitting on our beds, a worker began to tape our windows from the outside with a plastic cover, long before the check-out time. I felt uncomfortable by this invasion of privacy, and furthermore was bothered that our view had been obstructed. The proper thing to do would have been to wait until the official check-out time.

Cleanliness is badd

There is minimal staff. I checked in with a virtual service desk. The rooms are not cleaned daily. The facilities are poorly maintained. The toilet clogged immediately. The shower sprayed everywhere and was barely usable. There was no air conditioning: the room was hot the entire time. There are no amenities to speak of. No breakfast, no gym. Just a microwave and a fridge. I would not stay there again.

The biggest problem with this hotel was the shower. During our three-night stay, whenever we tried to take a shower—regardless of the time of day—little to no water came out of the showerhead. We had to fill a bowl with water and pour it over ourselves just to wash. This was extremely frustrating, inconvenient, and completely unacceptable for a hotel. I strongly warn future guests about this issue. Do not assume you will be able to take a normal shower and get ready on time. A simple shower took much longer than it should have, so this could be a serious problem if you have meetings, appointments, flights, or other plans. The room’s carpet was also extremely dirty, as shown in the attached photos. In addition, the hotel advertised free parking but charged us $5 per night. A functioning shower and a clean room are basic expectations at any hotel. Unfortunately, this property failed to provide either. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The property I booked six months in advnced was being renovated and the city was also building a 5 block construction project pressed right to th3 back of the hotel. The driveway was blocked by a largr pump truck of some kind. couldnt even enter the property.

There was no hot water

I loved that there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! I did not like the fact that even though I stayed for a week I asked for a bottle of water and was informed only 2 bottles were free - I would have to pay for another.
