Sunbird 204W

Location was great. The beds need updated. Mattress in the main bedroom was too small for the box spring and was upside down when we arrived (rough grippy texture meant for a frame only bed). Our entire set up of beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, beach tarps) was stolen while we were up in the condo for a short amount of time, thankfully it was our last day.

The pictures of the property are old and need to be updated. The apartment needs work done to the bedroom and kitchen.. Kitchen so small u can’t open the oven all the way bc it hit the refrigerator midway down..

Great location, amazing view, comfortable and clean. Staff and security were amazing, especially during spring break. Was very quiet and peaceful at night also. Add curtains to the bedroom window due to lights shining in most of the night and in the living room. Maybe add extra blankets. Asked a question about the door code, but did not get a response. Seemed only like automated answers.

Although it was the middle of spring break, in a very high impact area, knowing the gate was secured and keeping the parking lot safe, and having private access to/from the beach seems to help keep a little beach traffic down in the general vicinity Only one elevator was working in the building. Things still ran pretty smoothly with only the one working elevator.

Location The facilities was quite old outdated they had painted the cabinets apparently the day we came they were still wet the refrigerator was too large for the room so you could not open the stove or open the door of the refrigerator all the way the dishwasher would open about 3/4 of the way meaning you could not roll out the racks to put the dishes in so the kitchen was tenaciously say completely useless

Plenty of space for 3. Great ocean views. Some nearby construction work.

The overall property was nice. One pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t. The bed in our condo was NOT comfortable. It felt like we were rolling into each other in the middle and it was hard to get out of. The floors were not very clean as you could tell if you walked around in socks or barefoot.

Continent to everything, gated Condo had roaches.. bed was uncomfortable, sofa bed was broken down. Living room furniture needed to be replaced very wore out not comfy at all

Location was good Cleaner Elavators, Trash on the outside of fence near sidewalk , Shorter Door code to get in the door , Really no privacy in your rooms due to balconies being so close and the layout of the rooms , Laundry Room smelt like death ?

We love the location and the fact there is a guard 27/7. It gives you the comfort of safety. The sunbird sits in a perfect location to easily access plenty of activities. The beach in front of the condos are nowhere near as crowded as other locations

Staff was amazing !!! Especially the guards at the gate !! Always helpful and very polite ! The fact HOA couldn’t do squat about the people bext to us banging their door !! Do better !!!

In the middle of everything you want to do

We loved the easy access to the beach and the beautiful view the cleanliness of the condo and the staff was amazing. We met Mr. Andy, who is the new property manager and he was so nice. Hubby wanted a jacuzzi lol

Proximity to beach and attractions. The view was stunning.

Could not get signal on living room tv

The actual condo had a beautiful view and was a nice room. It was clean and had a nice kitchen. This is my first ever negative review. From the moment of arrival the gate guard restricted our access. We had 3 adults and ONE 19 year old in our group. She was not allowed to be on property without one of the over 25 year old members with her. Our 19 year old (alone) was unable to leave the room to go to the beach and come back to room without an "escort". The listing said 25 year age limit for CHECK IN but said NO WHERE that paying tenants under 25 yo had to be accompanied at all times. Not a family friendly property given this at all and had this been transparent we would've chosen elsewhere. Also, AFTER we had confirmed and paid the registration we were informed of "additional costs" including $30 parking and required $6/person wristbands required to be on property which equated to and additional $54 for our 16 hr stay on property where our daughter had to be with someone at all times per the gate guard. BE AWARE that this property is only open to tenants OVER 25 YEARS OLD.

Beach view Instructions on accessing the unit was clear. Unit was cleaned properly. Roaches in the bathroom.

Love the view and the condo. Loved everything.
