Nothing Construction site next to the building is very annoying. Filthy kitchen utensils. Sewerage smell from the kitchen sink.

Air conditioning only went down to 70 degrees, which was way to hot , and the the thermostat would turn completely off, the temp would go up above 75 degrees before I saw it. Then I had to turn off/on the breaker to get it to work again.

Wonderful balcony. Right on the beach. Gate to get in and out. Location to stores and restaurants. Master bed super comfy! Balcony wrapped around side of building so can see a front view.

This unit was very clean very updated easy to access. Overall we loved our stay. It was great convenient for the beach. Awesome for the kids and everything we needed was in the unit.. we would definitely come back here

The condo was better than we expected, well decorated & stocked with all the things we needed, clean, conveniently located, amazing large patio, and very safe with gated entries all around. Even during Spring Break, it was quiet, calm, & very secure. RealJoy did a great communicating with us & making it a very enjoyable vacation. We will stay here again.

Clean , Great Location ? Code for the door was to long to remember, wrong parking passes , wrong gate codes , indoor spa needs more lighting plus the pool restrooms need more lighting plus cleaning . Lights at the gate coming off Beach so you can see gate code pad .

The finishes were great, light and bright. Loved having drawers and space to unpack. Kitchen was well stocked and the views were fabulous. We loved the balcony furniture! There weren’t enough hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels. It would have been nice to have enough hooks for towels and for swimsuits. It would have been nice to have more than one dish towel.
