NOTHING. The hosts were very responsive to our disappointment with our room and offered us a room in their adjoining hotel - Quartier Libre Opera - for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. We gladly paid a €300 upcharge. We don't know how the other apartments compare, but the STANDARD apartment we booked was awful. The instructions we received upon arrival were to take the elevator to the 5th floor and then the staircase directly in front of the elevator to the 6th floor. The 6th floor was only one room 601 and it was literally an attic made into an apartment. I am 5'3" and I could reach up and touch the living room ceiling. The online pictures are deceiving making it look like a bright and airy space with skylights when it is actually a bunch of chopped up space with sloping ceilings and uneven floors that smell like, an attic!

Living room, good light , windows opening, elevator access. Air conditioned. Excelent location The code lock system failed. Leaving us outside without no possibility to enter in the apartment almost 2h. To get the physical keys they needed the wifi working, which was not working. So i would suggest in the future to have a better redundant system not relying on the internet only.

They were doing construction in other apartments from 8 - 5 pm which was unnerving. Also code system didn't work at times.

A spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet street, 4th floor with an elevator, located at the heart of the Madelaine neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A modern design and well equipped kitchen. A very useful luggage room for coming before check-in or leaving after check-out times. Really tiny things: the hanger of the shower sprinkler in the master bedroom was broken; a kitchen towel could have been useful. Also, there were some construction/renovation works on other floors during the day (around 9:30-16:30), but that's reasonable.

A bit of stuffed smell inside the building because it is old. Opening the window the fresh air had a bit of smell again - not a huge deal or deal breaker though.

Loved the location. Given the property’s prime location and price point, I believe the breakfast experience could be elevated to better match expectations. As the hotel features a restaurant, it would be a wonderful touch to offer guests the option to order freshly cooked eggs in the morning — whether an omelette or sunny side up. Having a cook dedicated to that simple addition would make a significant difference and truly enhance the overall guest experience.

Everything was great. Location, convenience, close to everything, specious, equipped with everything that we needed for our long stay. In addition a free cleaning service was offered since we had a long stay. Nothing. We liked Everything
