Le Relais Madeleine

We loved the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and spacious with a nice, original design. The bathroom had slippers and bathrobes which was a great touch. The location is good, walkable distance to Opera Garnier and Lafayette and a tube station nearby. Also, we were in Paris during the heatwave so really enjoyed the Aircon in the room. Nothing, everything was great.

An incredibly wonderful experience staying in Paris. It is small, stylish, and delightful in every little detail. From the moment you check in until the end of your stay, you feel like a welcome guest who is always happy to be assisted. The rooms are pleasantly spacious for Paris, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bed linen is of impeccable quality. The hotel is so lovely that I almost don't want to reveal its location—just so I can always come back whenever possible! Nothing

Bed was a little soft

I got ten wonderful nights, it was enjoyable with great hospitality, atmosphere, location, cleanliness, wonderful & very helpful personnel, like Mr Younes, Mr Alexandre, and Mr Abdel, Mr Ferhat, with the rest of the most professional staff. Special thanks to Mr Younes who helped us a lot during our stay, actually , I admit it an outstanding Hotel The well equipped and clean bathroom / room, location, and mostly the amazing helpful staff

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location between Opera and Madeleine districts was convenient, also one metro stop was 5 minutes away. It was on a quiet street and the room air conditioning during a heatwave was excellent.

The location is fantastic, the deco and finishing touches add warmth with a modern feel. The staff are so helpful and they have the best towels I’ve ever had in a hotel…and I live in hotels! Nothing, it’s all perfect.

Close to subway. The staff doesn’t seem to bother. Anticipate some waiting time at check out at the receptionist is more concerned about getting her breakfast than serving the clients. Bed was very uncomfortable and uneven. Safe didn’t function. Many hairs in the bed and nail clippings in the carpet. Very noisy at night due to the bards and restaurant. Also don’t forget anything there as they’ll try to rip you off with shipping costs that are out of this world.

Clean, spacious, air conditioned room on the ground floor (btw with amenities for disabled people). The room has everything you need, we got a nice welcome note with cookies, the staff was very kind and helpful. They offered us an hour later checkout and stored our bags afterwards. They also stored our butter in a fridge, while we were out. Thank you so much, you are a divine team! Location is perfect for shopping, everything is close by or walking distance. I definitely recommend to stay here, and I will be back for sure. Nothing, it was heaven

The location. The room

The room size was finally manageable for a Paris hotel in this price range! We had standard room apx 18 sq meters: This is the hotel to stay if you don’t require a big hotel with the big lobby and amenities, but you want to be in the right area with a good size room that’s modern up-to-date with a good bathroom. The room was quiet. The mattress was on the soft side, but very comfortable plenty of pillows good bedsheets. Stayed three nights had a very comfortable stay : housekeeping did a very good job every day. Value for the money it was excellent: we had early check-in available to us which made the stay very comfortable. I would not hesitate coming back. We did not have breakfast, which is in a lower level small room that I saw. I prefer to go out and try different places for breakfast so can’t comment on that. We did have a bathtub as opposed to a shower, which you have to be super careful to come in and out of.

Очень милый отель. Хорошая сантехника, номер соответствовал описанию по метражу. Кофе машина в номере радовала, также как и шампанское по приезду.. очень приятный персонал. Кондиционер отличный!! Для парижской жары супер!!
