internal facilities are excellent, the staff here is friendly and humble, the room also has a big patio. Outside the building was a little bit chaos and noisy. The lift did not work while the day I check in.

Great location, very close to the metro, train station, Opera, Lafayette mall, Concord square. Clean rooms Few things that made a negative impression. When we arriveved, the AC was on and it was cold in the room. I tried to raise the temperature, but the AC simply doesn't have this option. I had to press few buttons combinations, and ended up turning it off and couldn't turn it on back. We slept without AC in the night when it was very hot in the city, and had to ask stuff person from the counter to turn it on for us next morning - super annoying. Why things should be so complicated? The fan is very weak, it's impossible to dry the hear, it takes super long. If you want to style the hair, forget about it. The safe-box is very small. You can't put there laptop or tablet. If you have a large suitcase, it won't fit the shelf, it's too narrow, and the room is pretty small (in our case we had 2 large suitcases, and I had to move the table and the lamp to fit them on the floor. In one of the evenings we arrived late after the concert and couldn't buy water - all the stores were closed already. I asked for a bottle of water in the hotel - it coster 5 Euros! 0.5 l bottle, more expensive than in the Eifel tower! I really think it's too much. Overall not a bad place to stay, especially in terms of location, but definitely wouldn't give it 4 stars.

Good room, good location Staff not that friendly. Had a discussion on parking. They claim they have own parking (on booking.com site). But you have to click a lot of things to see it’s public parking. Staff not that friendly or helpfull
