The room was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of up to four..The facility has a laundry room outside which was great if you are traveling light or for longer duration. I would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone visiting Paris.

Also, the breakfast, they informed us that it was between 7:30 and 10:30 but if you arrive at 10:15, the restaurant personel is not happy and not helpful.

Location It was listed as a 5 star ApartHotel. This was very misleading. It was more of a nice hostel.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The shower drain started flooding out the room and you can tell this had happened before because there was water damage to the bathroom door. We used all our towels to mop up the water, and then when we asked for more towels they said we had to pay for them. They additionally were about to charge us to have someone come up to the room to clean the room even though we had already cleaned it up. It’s very unreasonable to charge us for their issue.

Very clean and somewhat soundproof apartment. It felt safe and was very comfortable for 3 adults. Beds are very comfortable, kitchenette has everything you need. Location is close to everything: Metro, sights, grocery stores and restaurants. No real view, but we knew this booking the apartment. General areas were a bit worn and scuffed up. The bathroom and toilet could benefit from ventilation/ fans.

Excellent location (The best location you can have in Paris), Very modern and clean. Small Gym + laundry room available 24/7. Next to the building there is a supermarket open until 11pm (very convenient). Everything is at walking distance One bed apartment was quite small for a family of 4- Convertible sofa in the living room is quite small and can be used only by 1 person as a bed (The initial plan was to have our 2 kids sharing it)

We stayed here as a family of four (two kids) and really enjoyed it. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. We booked an apartment-style room: we had a separate bedroom and the kids slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen setup was great for a family, with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine, plus everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent: a Carrefour grocery store is literally next door, and the Opera and boutique shopping are within easy walking distance. Good soundproofing too. Overall, amazing value for the price in this area. I almost don’t want to recommend it too much, or it’ll be hard to book next time! ? The only small downside: the hotel is fully keyless, and the 6-digit access codes can be a bit hard to remember and type in multiple times a day. A shorter code (for example 5 digits) would make it even more convenient.

Fantastic location, the email registration system made checking in extremely easy. The apartment was spacious and very well appointed wiht crockery, utensils, and plenty of towels. Bed was comfy, and aircon/heating was simple to operate and efficient.

Location, and spacious room Concierge was almost always on a break. Most of the times no one was at the front desk which was very inconvenient. We requested to delay checkout by 30mins to 1hour and they just refused. There was no attempt to check or accommodate our request
