It was very near to train station. It was dirty. Our bedsheets were dirty. Room felt dirty. Rooms were very close and it felt like staying in a motel.

The hotel is next to the metro station and bus station, easy to go to the airport and to go see the city. My room (401, level 4/5) had a huge comfy bed, a bath tub and a place where I can make some tea if needed. It was clean and had amazing view to the eiffel tower and Montparnasse Tower! It's totally worth taking the room with the view. The metro passes right next to the window, yes, but for me it wasn't a problem. The ventilation in the bathroom cannot be stopped and its noisy sometimes. If you keep the door close its better. The bathroom itself needs a bit of renovation (the shower and the bath glass). Also you can hear everyone slamming doors due to poor isolation. The breakfast wasn't that great either. There are a few options, I think its deeply french due to the lack of veggies and being based on pastry and cheese. If you are staying 1-2 nights it might be nice to have it because the food is still good, but if you are staying longer I'd encourage you to save the money and get something from the grocery.

Excellent location, close to Eiffel Tower and Metro Station is right across the street. Typical small Parisian room. But all was spotless. Very good shower. The neighbourhood is very nice with tons of restaurants.

Location Shower head was taped so it wound not move. Garbage can pedal to open was broke. Shower door was broke.

The property is well taken care of, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which made it very comfortable. Overall, everything was fine. As a small suggestion, adding a mini fridge to some rooms, access to streaming services on the TVs, and shower products in the bathrooms would be nice enhancements.
