The staff was very helpful. From emails before my stay. During and even after. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Was perfect walking distance to the eiffel tower and many other places. Was super easy to find from the metro. This place is a gem. Location. Quality. Service.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and the area we were in was safe and lively. The metro is right there too which helped. The breakfast space was a little cramped but nothing out of the ordinary for Europe as the hotels are smaller. Just make sure to have patience if you are there and it's crowded.

Friendly staff who accommodated us well. We had to leave early so were able to enjoy breakfast before leaving. Needed ice for a sore knee which was gladly provided. Room was comfortable for two. Easy to navigate around the city from this location. We walked to the metro. The elevator is tiny but that’s not bad … just something to know about. It worked just fine.

The size of the room was really small and it was next to the elevator which you heard all night. The bathroom could only fit one person and the bathtub/shower is very hard to step into, especially if you are elderly. And it is very slippery and narrow. Breakfast was adequate. Instant eggs, not good. Pastries, lunch meats, cereals were okay.

The staff was so kind and very helpful!Answered every question . Close to cafes and shopping. The most surprising attraction was the pop up farmers market set up across from our hotel.Setup is every Sunday and Wednesday. 9-noon. Nothing liked all of it!

This is our second time to book the hotel and we love it so much! It is clean and the staff are amazing and so respectful of our schedule and needs.

The hotel has a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are cozy, and the staff is helpful. Disgusting breakfast. Better to not go there at all. Dirty tables in a tiny room. Nothing to eat. Staff just sit on the kitchen and time to time bring some heated semi-finished products. As well the beds not really comfortable, with old сrushed mattresses.

We booked through Booking.com and they made us pay again on the spot, citing a deposit, even though we paid the full amount on Booking.com. They also provided us with false documents and certificates.

The beds!! Me my son and my mom woke up in the middle of the night having bed bug bites!!
