Excellent location! Close to shops, cafes, and metro. Wonderful staff who were friendly and attentive. Clean and comfortable room with terrific view of the Eiffel Tower.

Excellent location, accessible to many attractions. On the last day my husband’s wallet was stolen. Not at the facility. Upon return to hotel immediately after incident staff attempted to assist but we were overwhelmed with shock and grief so we attempted to retrace our tracks ourselves. When we reported it to hotel staff that same afternoon returning to the hotel a 2nd time after the incident and approached concierge/staff to call police to report incident we were informed they could only call for emergencies. I tried calling from My cell phone and was unable to and I also tried multiple attempts from the hotel phone and was informed I was not able to get an “outside line,” from the room phone. I was then given the address of the police station to file a theft report in person. If you understand my husband’s wallet was stolen with money, bank card and ID’s were stolen. Feeling helpless we attempted to walk to the station but whether it was overwhelming shock or grief we were unable to find the police station. Returned to the hotel. We also attempted to contact our US banks unsuccessfully even with the assistance of hotel staff. Something was wrong with the hotel or the phone system. Discouraged and disappointed, we prepared to check out as planned the next day as prior arrangements had been made.

It has a very beautiful eating area for breakfast. The staff was very nice, and they tried their best to be accommodating. Although, everyone is nice, the property seems to be slightly short staffed, so it took a long time to get some things that we needed.

Very close to Eifel tower, all things by walking, friendly staff No menu order for breakfast, asked for omelet there is no option to ask anything outside of bufffet ( which is amazing BTW)

The hotel is in a wonderful location. It is walking distance to so many sites and restaurants. Best of all, it is right next to a main train station, so you can hop on and be anywhere in minutes. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful. I have traveled to Europe many times and stayed in very cramped rooms with tiny bathrooms. This is very far from that experience. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom was modern and wonderful. We were very happy! There was only one staff member who was not well versed on the area. We asked if he could recommend a bakery for breakfast and he told us it was his third day and didn't know the area. He suggested google, which we obviously knew we could look up, but wanted a local recommendation.

It was a clean facility and really close to the Eiffel tower. Love the macarons left in our room. Breakfast was great and staff super friendly. Nothing

View was great as we stayed on the 6th floor and view of Effie tower.. The phone in the room doesn’t work and room is a little small.

Location’s proximity is great, staff are very friendly and helpful. View is good. Rooms could be bigger and at least have a closet for clothes especially for this price, neighborhood isn't posh despite proximity to main areas. Rating would be better if prices were less than other four star hotels like the Pullman.
