Hôtel Saphir Grenelle

The location I arrived early to Saphir Grenelle Hotel, before check in time and I was emidiayly charged the tourist fee before checking in nor checking the facilities. Three room option with stairs and no elevator facilities to the rooms were offered. I notified the front desk person that we could not stay that the facilities were unacceptable that we were elders and needed elevator facilities to the rooms. Even though we had payed an additional fee for cancelation. Our money was not reimbursed because they claimed that we would not be refunded because we had to do it 3 days in advance. I claimed that we could not have canceled before because we had not seen the facilities and we are elders with mobility limitations who can not go up and down the stairs. . That I was going to look for a different hotel. I asked if I could stay in the lobby while I made the call to find another place. They agreed. I called and found another hotel and booked it. Please refund all the charges to my card because this hotel acomodation were not acceptable.

Excellent location, close to metro, and 10-15 min from major attractions in Paris. Clean rooms. Air conditionning.

Very small room

The room and the bed are very small. The bed is not very comfortable.

It was near buy a lot of things and close to the trains Was excellent

Hotel Elevator (lift) was broken. Well it worked with the bypass key inserted. So unless you were on the floor it was, it didn't work. It was posted on the elevator and I know things happen, but it seemed like this has been broken for some time.

It was clean and the location is really good , is really close to the metro station and it’s safe ! Also the staff was really kind -

Excellent location for restaurants, site seeing, metro, etc. Hotel is easy to find and access. Reasonable level of service and cleanliness, Staff were helpful and it felt safe, even late at night. Teeny, tiny room! I've stayed here before, but not in a room so tiny. The shower was so small I could hardly turn around in it. The overall cleanliness was good, but the detailed cleanliness could be improved.

Location Was dirty ans smelly

I loved how comfortable the bed was, the decoration is cute and it was very clean except for the mini fridge. Loved how close it was tl everything. It was a very simple stay but it was decent for how close it is to the eiffel tower, so I would say that overall it was worth it. Walls are thin but thankfully none of the neighbors bothered me. The Mini fridge smelled so strong of vinegar and I think it was fruits that went rotten in there and the cleaning ladies forgot to clean it. The safe in the room did not work.

Tiny room and super small bathroom Tiny breakfast room only juice, bread, yogurt and coffee. Very annoying car noise No lobby area just 2 wooden chairs

We like this neighborhood, not at all touristy, but not a long walk from some major tourist attractions like the Eiffel Tower. The location is just a minute from a subway station, and the street has a wide variety of nice shops. Great open air market Sunday morning. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in early, which we appreciated. It is convenient to have breakfast available at the hotel in the morning. We had no problems here, and it's a good value. However, the room is extremely small, and the shower is even smaller. This is strictly a place to sleep. Morning breakfast is okay, probably better to walk down the street and have a nicer breakfast at a restaurant.

Firstly i would say Thank you so much for all of your good Service and nice room cleaning and good location too it is near Effel Tower and also near M train station/closer resturants. Without Mini bar and slipper

Bathroom could have used a few small repairs, rooms are very small (as is to be expected in Paris).

Excellent location, 15-20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and a few minutes walk from the nearest Metro station. Reception staff were friendly. Luggage storage allowed for free. Supermarket at the end of the street. No fridge in the room so cannot keep drinks cold in hot weather.

Super small bathroom and room, access to room , uncomfortable, breakfast better have it in the McDonald's at the corner.
