Hôtel 31 Paris Tour Eiffel

Location perfect, few step from eifel tower. Monoprix, pizza hut, mc D near by Room quite small, but for us OK

Very good and very honest hotel, perhaps with the greatest cost vs benefit ratio. 10min walk from the Eiffel tower, 5min from subway stations connecting to the entire city, loads of commerce, restaurants, shops, pubs. All facilities were great, comfortable and very clean room, tasty breakfast with fresh pastries and a vending machine for water and snacks. Very well recommended for when traveling alone or with a partner, but perhaps not for a family with kids. Even though the bathroom was very well equiped with all facilities, it was very small.

Clean, well maintained property. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom is very nice. Breakfast is very good as well. There is no fridge it the room. We were there when it was extremely hot and we really missed the fridge.

No lobby, A/C felt like not working

Quiet room with a very comfortable bed and a nice modern shower. Only 4 clothes hangers, one hook for towels in the bathroom and a glass shelve that sticks out over the sink too far, so watch you don't bang your forehead on it.

It was very clean. The bathroom was huge, with a great shower (rain shower plus hand-held). The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked very well (it was hot in Paris!). It did not have a mini fridge, but it really wasn’t something we needed, as this was the end of our trip and we were on our way back home the next day. We actually had the best meal of our whole trip due to a recommendation of the staff to walk a block down the street to The Cafe Commerce……what an incredible place! It made the last night of our trip memorable. Nothing

Location El AC estaba dañado en nuestra habitación, nunca enfrió y al comunicar esto al front desk no hicieron nada al respecto. Pase una de las peores noches de mi vida en un hotel. Luego al día siguiente se dañó el AC de todo el hotel por lo que era imposible estar en sus instalaciones. Verano - 40 grados centígrados -

Bathroom is one whole room, that is, the shower does not have any division with the rest of the bathroom (sink, toilet). Better and more toiletries could be provided, for the price.

The staff was wonderful and the balcony was very nice. The bathroom was ridiculously small and they should be embarrassed of how small the bathroom was. You could not even shut the door to brush your teeth, it was ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anybody.

The boutique feel made it unique and fun, modern but embracing the culture of Paris.

The staff was very attentive and diligent to help us in different ways. The room had a view to the Eiffel Tower and a terrace. The bathroom was quite big and the facility had an elevator to bring up the luggage. We had an issue with the room readiness but they took care of it immediately.

Location was really good, staff members were nice Pictures online were really deceiving- room looked spacious and comfortable- in reality it was tiny. Shower door was leaking, we had to call down to get hand soap, AC was making weird noise and someone had to come upstairs to turn it off on the breaker, so basically it was useless. Floor looked dirty. It was not advertised that we had breakfast included, we learned that to the day we were leaving.

Good location and close to our friends. Clean and nice staff Little bitt to smal rooms, some water would have been nice.

Would have been way more convenient if you had a decent breakfast. It was very expensive for what you offered. Other reviews also noted the poor quality of breakfast.
