Good breakfast, clean, friendly staff The staff couldn’t provide us with a keycard so we waited nearly two hours before someone of the staff was kind enough to bring us to our room with their card. The AC in the room wasn’t working and it was 38° in the bathroom. We were three girls in one room and we couldn’t sleep at all. No fan was provided we had to asked three times, nearly begged for one the next day. We finally got our own room key cards after the breakfast. We had to sleep with open windows but the hotel is near a highway so it was really loud outside.

An honest review of our stay Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat unpleasant. When we arrived, we had to wait for about an hour to park because the parking system was not working properly. Once we got to the room, we noticed that the floor was sticky and the air conditioning was not working. On the positive side, the breakfast was pleasant, and the staff were excellent. Both the reception and housekeeping teams were very friendly and helpful, and I have absolutely no complaints about the staff. However, we also had an unpleasant experience with cockroaches in the room. We also had issues with the parking payment machine, as it did not accept contactless payments and would not accept larger banknotes. I’m leaving this feedback in the hope that these issues can be improved for future guests. Despite the problems, I would like to highlight that the staff themselves were wondering

Nothing I booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 5 people, these rooms were supposed to be flexible with the date and with the tax and parking included, the next day after I booked I called and wanted to rebook for 4 people, I couldn't get through to the hotel because they didn't pick up the phone, I called booking support, for some reason they told me that my rooms were booked for 2 people and not 5, I told them to rebook for 4 because it was some kind of mistake, they promised me that everything had been changed, and here we are and nothing has been changed, booked for 2 people and in addition without breakfast and without taxes included and + parking is paid and it is not included in the price, I have a question why booking is deceiving people?

Good location, spacious room. Okay decor. It was blazing hot. AC was not at all doing the job. I also note that many other guests have complained about this in prior reviews and the property has clearly not taken the concerns seriously cause why is it still a problem months later.

Nothing! 1. AC is not working properly. It was getting warm/hot air that I had to switch it off!! 2. The room is triple, but only two towels were available. 3. Staff is very unfriendly; when I shared the two complaints they didn’t react; they said the hotel is full so service is not good, and AC is weak! 4. There are three elevators, but one is always out of service. There was always long queues and long waiting time for elevators. 5. AC was not working also in the lobby or restaurant and it was smelling nasty!

The family room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Within close walking distance of the metro and bus station. Supermarket close by also. A great place to stay with kids. Staff friendly and helpful. The air con was not the best - the weather was extremely hot.

Easy to access by car, not so far from the center. Also there is a spacious parking garage and it is not expensive.

Nothing I had a very disappointing experience at this B&B Hotel. One of the staff members was dishonest and tried to charge us more money than we were expecting. When I questioned the situation, I felt that I was not being treated honestly or fairly. I was so surprised and uncomfortable with the experience that I decided to leave the hotel. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience, especially because I expected professional and trustworthy service from a hotel. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves the way guests are treated.but he was at reception.

It is very clean room with good space and staff also very friendly.If some one looking peaceful enivronment to relax.This is the most suitable place for that.Bathroom also good with separate toilet.There was microwave ,small fridge and coffee making facility too.public transport also available on walking distance.I am satisfied at all.
