Very accessible and convenient location, near to the metro and restaurants. They also had breakfast and snacks area available included in our fee. Staff were also very approachable and accommodating. Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Location is a bit scary when you’re alone if you’re coming at night.

Very close to Stad de france .. 15 minites by car, the staff was very friendly and helpful.. the value for money .. bed was comfortable The A.C was good but i wish it was a bit colder

We reached the hotel at 11.30AM and they were kind enough to allow us early check-in as the room was already ready. The check-in and check-out process was quite smooth.

The hotel and staff great. Was a bit sad, that there is no minibar. Supermarket and bus stop very close. Close to stade de france The location. It was close to stade de france but the area seemed very unsafe especially at night. Would not stay in that area again.

The staff were nice and took care of our requests as much as they could. There was a nasty smell in the room, the coffee machine was broken, the room wasn't clean the first day and the soap container was leaking, and the internet connection was lost for a day.

Great location. Spacious rooms in comparison to other hotels. Easy to navigate to main areas with the station, tram and bus all close to the hotel. Great communal lounge with 24/7 access. Had to ask for amenities. Whilst it's great to be eco friendly and I think it's a great move to cut down wastage. Would have been great to know what's available especially if checking in at awkward times/trying to settle in. Id forgotten some room slippers which they didn't do

The girl who checked us in was amazing, she showed us where everything was and told us about all the complimentary things in the Club. They offered complimentary tea/cofee and a small selection of biscuits etc you could take to your room. The place looked great, the room was lovely and the beds were comfy. The info book in our room was so helpful as well. Everything was lovely and clean and the room was super spacious. We had a view of the Eiffel tower which was lovely and thankfully the windows opened wide, which you don't get at most hotels. THE HEAT! OMG. The listing on booking.com says they have aircon. They technically have air con, there's an air con screen in the room, but the part that tells you what temperature it is in the room was turned off and you couldn't set it lower than 20 degrees. If you stayed in winter or early spring you would be fine, but during the Paris heatwave the room was very hot. I would estimate about 27 degrees in the room even with the air con on all day and the blinds and curtains closed. We asked at reception twice and they couldn't even offer a fan. If we could of just got a fan it would have been a lot easier to deal with. When we asked reception about the air con they said it wasn't working, if you look at reviews it seems that's been the case for years.
