The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the metro and tram, which made getting around very convenient. There is also a 24-hour shop right beside the hotel, which was very useful for purchasing cold water and other essentials. The room also had air conditioning, which was a great addition and made our stay much more comfortable, especially during the warmer weather. Regarding the first two staff members, unfortunately, our experience was not positive. In addition to the lack of assistance and friendliness mentioned above, there were also some issues with the room itself. The room had an unpleasant smell, similar to dirty feet. We did not mention this during our stay as it seemed to be coming from the carpet/flooring, and we assumed there was not much that could be done since all rooms appeared to have the same type of carpet. We also noticed that both the bathroom and bedroom were not properly cleaned in several areas. For example, there was visible dirt around the bathtub area and behind the bathroom door. These details made the overall impression of cleanliness disappointing. Additionally, we were surprised by the lack of a fridge in the room and the absence of ice cubes or an easy way to request them, which would have been helpful during our stay.

Arrival and check in were good with a friendly receptionist who spoke good English. It was a very hot day and the hotel aircon was working very well, both in reception and in our room. The room was small but comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was the same. The windows kept the street noise out fairly well. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Metro station (Crimee) and there is also a bus that passes outside. There are plenty of shops and food outlets nearby. The area isn't particularly touristy, and we didn't stay out later but seemed OK to us.

Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενο, ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, ικανοποιώντας κάθε μας αίτημα αφού μιλούσαν όλοι αγγλικά. Μας επέτρεψαν να αφήσουμε τις αποσκευές μας για ώρες μετά το check-out και μάλιστα την τελευταία μέρα, ενώ αργήσαμε να κατεβούμε για πρωινό, μας είχαν κρατήσει μερίδα, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Το πρωινό είχε πολύ καλή ποικιλία και ήταν εξαιρετικό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν κάπως μικρό αλλά πολύ όμορφο και βολικό με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για μια άνετη διαμονή. Ιδανικά θα θέλαμε να υπήρχε και ένα ψυγείο, αλλά αυτό δεν επηρέασε καθόλου τη συνολική εμπειρία μας. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!
