Location was actually quite far from the city centre than we realised. Not the hotels fault but meant a longer and more expensive journey with taxis

Someone tried to help us with getting our underground tickets, but they were actually pickpockets and must have been more than one of them and they took our purses when we got though the barriers, so our stay was a bit of a blur as we spent the evening cancelling credit cards etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was average to below average, although there was good access to public transportation, including the metro and buses. Unfortunately, the parking area was not clean and had a very strong sewage smell. We also found the parking fee quite expensive. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness of the parking area and the high parking cost could definitely be improved.

Very good location. Bus to the CDG aurport 5 minute walk away. Metro to opera house - hoho bus stop on same line as the hotel. Room was quiet and cool. Good breakfast Very small room

We thought everything was great, staff were wonderful, easy to access, everything was clean Our only issue was the bathroom and shower were quite small, and hard to access at times

the staff member on the desk when we arrived was extremely good. it was our daughters birthday while we there and he recommended a patisserie in Paris for her that we went to and were extremely pleased with. this is the kind of service that matters when you are away with your family and he is a credit to the hotel. we asked for extra pillows but didnt receive them as it was busy and the volume on the television didnt work so we had no sound at all.

It’s good for a short stay, quite close to transport. However the rooms are quite small but it’s comfortable enough. Small rooms in comparison to how it looks on the photos

É tudo normal e bem pequeno. O ac não funciona muito bem, e eles não arrumavam a beliche simplesmente a cama casal, acho que seria certo arrumar todas as camas.

Clean, reception area was cool, staff was nice The pillows are way too flat and very uncomfortable had trouble sleeping even though the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast is too expensive for what they serve… 10€ just for carbs, sugar and boiled egg. It would be better if we could choose to have fried eggs or an omelette.

Staff was kind, hotel was easy to find and access, and overall the cleanliness and comfort was at a very nice level for the price. The pop room we were in was small but cozy, and we appreciated the view of the Adidas Arena as well as that the toilet was in a separate cubby within the room, separate from the shower and sink. Every evening, we arrived to a very clean and tidy room. The location left a bit to be desired, as it was not a pretty part of town, but this is expected for the price and we did not feel unsafe. The biggest issue was that only a single set of towels was provided even after we brought the issue up with staff, meaning that we only had one body towel for the two of us. Additionally, the bottle of shower gel in the shower was empty when we arrived and was not refilled after mentioning it to the cleaning staff. The window in the room did not fully close (i.e. the knob was missing from it), but as the windows have two layers, it did not cause issues.
