The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable. 1) There was no air conditioning and in such hot summer as this, it makes it hard to sleep in such tiny room. A fan was provided but it didn’t help much. 2) The restroom was too tiny and cramped for comfort. 3) The showerhead was broken kept falling down.

I love the overall aspect of the hotel. The staff members were very professional and kind, breakfast was really good. I also like the area despite the fact that is not as touristic as others. The decoration inside was very pretty and the room was very clean. I had the horrible experience of having the fire alarm going off for around 1h30, until 1am. The first time, all the hotel guest had to leave the building. The second time - same. Nobody explained to us what was going on and if weather we should be worried about it or not. I had to find out from another guess, who spoke english, that it was broken, and they had called an eletrician to fix it. Until then, we had to deal with it for more than a hour. The same happened the second night, but not for as long. But by then, I could'nt bother and just left the hotel. As a compensation for having two horrible nights, they offered EUR40. Not even a third of the nightly rate. The lifts were not working either, so I was lucky to be located at the second floor.

The location - to our purpose - was good. Can’t believe none of the rooms have air conditioning. It was horrible staying outside the room and outside. Plus, the rooms are very small.

Staff was lovely. When I arrived, they helped me to check in a bit earlier than the check in time and I was able to rest

The hotel is in a quiet street but close to a major avenue. Lots of bistros, small grocery stores, bakeries, etc. very close. Very quiet (residential) neighborhood, but lots of bus lines and different metro lines at a walking distance. All the staff was super nice. The place is very well-taken care of and clean. The bedroom and bathroom were bigger than I expected. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. I was also very impressed with the breakfast spread. Many options of food and drinks and all very fresh. The doors slam like crazy, so you may want to bring earplugs.

Location is near a station as well as walkable to attractions and interesting streets. Comfortable room, good staff. Nothing

The breakfast, the location, the staff! We were in Paris during a heat wave and this facility had no AC. I would have loved loved loved this hotel if there had been no heatwave. But THAT is not the hotel’s fault!

Well located. Breakfast was varied. No A/C in bedroom. It was impossible to sleep properly. At my request I was given a fan. Tv volume was very low, only day before checking out a technician showed up but I declined.

This is unacceptable. I request an investigation and a clear explanation. If not resolved, I will escalate the issue further.

Location, comfort, helpful and friendly staff. Nothing.

The location was very good, near the city center. Small grocery shops nearby made basic shopping very comfortable. Overall, acceptable service for the money. In some rooms, it smelled like cigarettes. Not having balconies, guests who here to laisy to go to the court where smoking in the window. Could be cheaper.

Great location for affordable price with parking in Paris. Easy access to everything you need by public transportation

Excellent location! Small rooms but perfect for 1-2 people clean rooms and decent breakfast not many options but good pastries. Staff is friendly especially the dark skin gentleman who works security overnight, very friendly and helpful! Overall great stay and good value I will be returning! I wish the breakfast had a bit more variety hot food wise. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Fantastic staff Great breakfast Location My key fob didn’t work all weekend so I kept having to get the front desk to open my room (they were super accommodating) but fixing battery in door probably would have saved some trouble

Location was very quiet compared to the other Paris districts, close to the metro and bus station, very friendly and helpful stuff, breakfast included, clean, warm. The very friendly reception lady upgraded my room to the garden side double because of the misunderstanding in the messaging while booking (I asked for the quietest room because I have some sleeping issues, the hotel confirmed it’s gonna be on the garden side, but when I came - turned out they only had my type of the room facing the street). The pillows were not comfortable - too thin, I’ve asked for another pillow option and received the same one. The size of the pillow was extremely small. Eventually ended up laying one pillow on top of the other - that was a bit toooo much, but still better than only one pillow. Also one night and morning couldn’t sleep because my neighbors were packing and the room wasn’t soundproof enough to cover this noise:(( The breakfast was the same all 4 days of my stay with a bit of variety of fruits. I would prefer seeing some boiled or fried eggs on the menu.
