Best Western Nouvel Orléans Montparnasse

Didn't eat anything Room size, I believe shower needs curtain.

In room coffee machine, hair dryer and towel warmer. Large washroom.

The bathroom was unclean and had a musty smell

The hotel is well located, with proximity to Montparnasse, metro and RER connections, as well as many restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and it was nice to have a coffee and tea machine available. I stayed on the 6th floor and even had a small balcony, which allowed me to catch a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower—definitely a highlight. However, the room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. To open my luggage, I had to move the bed to one side, and then I couldn’t fully open the door. It would be extremely difficult for two people to manage in such a limited space. The bathroom was also very tiny. The lift fits only one person with luggage, and having just one elevator can be inconvenient, especially in the morning when you either wait a long time or end up walking up or down several floors. I had booked a room with breakfast, but this was also disappointing. The selection was limited, and the breakfast area itself was too small to accommodate all guests comfortably. Overall, the location and cleanliness are positives. These conditions might be acceptable for a 3-star hotel, but they are disappointing for a 4-star standard.

The location was ideal. Just opposite to the metro station making it convenient to travel.

Our room was clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location was excellent, and access to the metro was very easy. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy around the hotel. Water filtering device at the lobby was very useful. We stayed at this hotel as a family of four. The suite consisted of two rooms. The room sizes were actually not bad, but they were not functional. To explain: One room had a sofa bed, a toilet, and a bathroom with a shower and a sink. The other room had a double bed, a small wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink. When the sofa bed in the first room was opened, it was very difficult to access the bathroom with the shower and sink. Therefore, we never used that bathroom. The toilet in the room with the sofa bed was so small that we couldn’t close the door while using it. For this reason, whenever one person needed to use the toilet, the rest of the family had to move to the other room. In short, although the room was not very small in terms of square meters, it did not have a practical layout. As a family of four, we struggled a lot. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement.

Even though we had the 'Do not Disturb' sign in the door, housekeeping entered several times. Other guests pounding on doors and talking loudly in the small hallways.

The property was awesome, excellent experience, from the main entrance to the room. The lobby of the hotel, small but very comfortable, including that complimentary coffee and croissants, delicious. Overall, the hotel was amazing, very comfortable and great location, near everything, subway entrance across the street, 3 min walk. Will definitely recommend and will go back to stay there when I visit Paris again.

the status and the corridos need an upgrade.

Our room was clean, and the desk attendant was nice and helpful. The facility was nice, and location was good, with easy access to subway lines in both directions. A pleasant single-night stay.

It’s in a good location in Paris. Close to metro and good restaurants. Bedding and towels were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We felt it needed some cleaning throughout, not just the room. Bed comfort was just ok.

Beds are very comfortable, bathroom seriously small. Location is perfect.

On my first day, August 22, 2023, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming to me and my family. When I asked her for help opening the safe, she promptly came to assist me within a minute. I really appreciate her help and believe she deserves positive feedback. I don't know the names of the staff. However, on the second day, August 23, the receptionist was completely different during both my 11 AM and 5 PM visits. She seemed unfriendly and appeared upset with me. When I informed her that I needed to leave my bags until 5 PM, she responded curtly, suggesting that I should handle my own bags, all while wearing a displeased expression. Upon my return before 5 PM, she simply asked when my driver would arrive, still looking upset as if she wanted to rush me and my family out of the reception area. While she did smile as I was leaving, it felt too late for that to make any difference.

Perfect location The value of what I paid for that hotel.
