Hôtel Aviatic

The fair effort to modernize the rooms of an old Parisian hotel building. The included breakfast is actually quite nice. Rooms do have a modern working AC, but... ...but when you actually use it, after 20 mn "something" makes a truly frightening very loud noise within the room's ceiling. At night this is terrible. Many if not all rooms have this issue. Staff knows about it but offers no remedy. Sad...

Breakfast was fresh, coffee is ok The room is rather small and smelled musty because of lack of air circulation

Staff was friendly, and it was good value for price. Bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep. The room was not super exciting, but it was clean. And they allowed me to leave my luggage there for the next day after I already checked out. The breakfast was not very good, a small selection to choose from.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable enough room. There was no hot water in my room in the morning, so I waited until after breakfast, and then there was a little bit of hot water. But clearly the hot water capacity couldn't meet the demand of customers during my stay. That wasn't too bad since it was super hot out. But it's not ideal.

Location is great but there’s no elevator so heavy luggage will be a huge burden. Air conditioner is central control and it will automatically stopped when reaching the temperature and won’t start again during the night.

I booked a single room, it had only one bed a table, kettle & a bathroom. Shower was pretty small ( not everyone can fit ) but you get wht you pay for in tbe middle of paris. There was an air conditioning which was basically very important cz my visit was during the heat wave. BreaKfast was simple and yet good. The basics. Coffee, croissant and some sweets. There were no stairs. Luckily i was on the 1st floor. Location was amazing ! 5 mins walk from denefert rochereau station ! The walls were very thin, i was hearing the next room watching tv or ppl going up or down the stairs.

Me gustó la comodidad del hotel, tiene un aire acondicionado que está perfecto, el desayuno que ofrecen también es contundente y variado. El personal es amable, trata de entenderte en todos los idiomas. La parada del metro y bus están cerca (aprox 2 min) por lo que tiene buena conectividad En el caso de la limpieza, en mi habitación había un ventilador con polvo acumulado

Location, the staff and the room. Nice and cosy just what I needed. Breakfast was great too - enough to choose from and delicious. Only downside was the aircon would switch off once the room reached temperature. So overnight it would bake as it’s been a hot summer - but at least I had aircon!

I chose the hotel for its location. It’s my old neighbourhood and I love it!

Simple comfortable accommodations at a good price with incredible staff. The shower was a little small, but that's true of basically every hotel these days.
