The spa was great Rooms nice and spacious

The room was clean. Great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to tind and nice location. The room was a little small, not so spacious. The restaurant was closed when I was there but i knew that before booking. Nothing else

Great location, a few mins walk from Gare Du Nord and a pub across the road :). Great swimming pool/spa which was great in the morning and also for relaxation just before bed. The breakfast was pricey at 24 euros each so we didn't have it. Everything else was great.

Bloomy spa, air conditioning was great. Decor and general ambience and the inflatable flamingo! Restaurant was closed each evening, bed was two singles put together so there was a gap in the middle of the bed. Balcony plant was very dead!

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, perfect location. Guests on the neighbouring balcony were very noisy.

Clean facilities, convenient location

The connected rooms was great and made our trip less stressful with 2 teenagers. The spa area was better than expected with great facilities. The hotel is in a great location with a great balcony view without the hustle and bustle of being too central near the main attractions. St Martins canal is a short walk away and was one of the highlights of our trip. N/A

La décoration pleine de style et de personnalité, jusque dans les détails, les parfums d'intérieur, la grande amabilité du personnel (mention spéciale pour la barmaid et la cheffe de salle exceptionnelles), le spa avec sa piscine à jets massants de bonne taille et son sauna, le balcon spacieux attenant à la chambre. La chambre manque de choses pratiques pourtant classiques dans les hôtels de ce rang : de la lotion hydratante, un petit réfrigérateur, des rangements (Il n'y a pas même de barre pour sécher une serviette de toilette), une table de bureau pour poser un laptop et travailler (heureusement, ma fille a obtenu gracieusement une salle au rez-de-chaussée pour travailler en toute tranquillité). Même si les personnes en charge du ménage étaient très cordiales, leur travail manquait de minutie (angles de moquette et salle de bain pas parfaitement nettoyés, omission de produits de toilette (disques de coton, bonnet de douche les 2 premiers jours)).

The location is the best. Overally, the room is not clean, and old. I found lots of dust and unnecessary objects. We actually need a comfortable, clean, and cozy room, not a decorated room. Even though the apartment is old, you can manage much more clearly than this, I think. The host can’t speak English. It didn’t matter to me, but I felt a little bit bad when the host finished his words after I checked in, as if it was our problem whatever happened. I could feel that he didn’t consider our stay deeply.
