Good location for Gare du Nord. Could just see top of Eiffel Tower from the balcony Location felt unsafe. Stained carpets. Felt unclean. Dated. Very small room even for one person. Staff were unaccommodating. No water to drink in room. No amenities like shower cap. Expensive for what it was. Better in area

Breakfast was pretty good compared to others we’ve had around France. Eggs were a bonus as well as a selection of breads and pastries. The room was smaller that expected.

Was close to the train station The bed was very hard and there wasn't any spare pillows. I asked at reception if there was a blanket I could use to lay on as I had a sore back due to the bed being so hard. They said they didn't have blankets nor did they have spare pillows.

Not the safest area for a solo traveller would only last 1 or 2 nights if travelling somewhere from the main station. Staff were very helpful.

The location is very good and the room was very clean. The room was separated from the bathroom with a type of emery glass door.

The hotel is centrally located near Gare de Nord Train Station, so ideal if getting the train from Paris CDG. Easy check in, the rooms were clean and tidy, fresh towels every day. The hotel is only a short walk from the metro, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants only a short walk away.

The staff were very nice! This is not a 4 star hotel despite being advertised as one. There is no reception, not much security (anyone can get up the lift without a room key), my room smelt of smoke and had so much black mould in the corners of the walls. The price didn’t match the quality sadly.

Excellent location, very close to Gare du Nord. The breakfast and dining facilities were very good. We made use of the ticketed baggage storage on our last day. The room was clean & tidy; shower superb. The shower/toilet area is separated from the rest of the room by glass panels, with a shower curtain instead of a door. Bed was a little hard. Reception is a small desk & laptop - looked a bit tatty.
