Loved my stay here! The place was clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing :)

Although the room was small, it feel roomie and comfortable Nothing! Everything was great!

Great little hotel right next to Fare Du Nord. Clean room, comfortable bed, good linen. Exactly as the photos show Nothing. The area is a bit rough but the proximity to the train station for an early Eurostar departure the next day was worth the stay if nothing else.

very bad service and the rooms are not clear at all. they said 4 stars hotel the hotel is like zero star it looks like prostitute hotel where there is no excellent at all. you can hear other rooms flushing their toilets and you can hear it passing your room. very little rooms and dirty no coordination of service and they charge so much. I regretted sending my guest to that hotel.

The room on the sixth floor was excellent and had a good-sized bath in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic for the Gare du Nord. The bar downstairs was very limited.

So conveniently located near the train station! The elevator was small and there was no shampoo in one of our rooms.

Location to Garde du Nord was perfect, friendly helpful and welcoming staff It suited us perfectly for what we needed so nothing we didn’t like

Everything was perfect – very clean, comfortable, and well organized. Special thanks to Abdulwahab at reception, he was incredibly kind and helpful. Honestly, nothing. Everything was very good.

Very bad kind of hostle or maybe hostel is better than them

The staff that greeted us was nice. The are around had homeless and fecal matter on the street. The hotel should only be used by travelers as a quick stop over place if you need it. We ended up leaving 15 minutes after arriving and went to another hotel. We also were asked for $50euro cash for some sort of tax upon arrival, but our other hotel in Paris did not ask for the same. This felt like a scam. Unfortunately we pre-paid three nights on Booking.com.

I also felt safe bringing my children here because they have 24 hour attendant who minded the doors. I am not sure who assigns star ratings but his is not a 4 star hotel. At best 2.5 stars! I booked 2 rooms for my family. There are obvious signs that they havw made some effort to make it look chic and elegant but would prefer to have the basic stuff like a fridge or kettle to make tea or coffee. Cracks on the wall, baseboards and the shower door did not keep water from getting into the bathroom floor. The beds were just okay. The heater took a while to warm up

Cramped, worn and outdated, questionable heat and weird odors. Cant believe it was listed as a 4 star hotel. 2 stars would be generous

Position - perfect for Gard du Nord Very small room, clean and comfortable bed but no “comforts” such as a chair

Near the train station is the main reason to stay. Very nice staff.
