Location Miserable breakfast; two beds instead of one big which was booked; no air conditioner, no fridge that guests could use. Personnel not helpful at all.

Great location On day 2 of my stay I started to have a lot of insect bites on my arms. On day day it expanded to other body areas. On the last night I killed a bed bug. Thus, the room was infested with bed bugs.

110 Euro price for one Night.....41° Temperature ?️.. No air conditioner it's ok Just Give 20 Euro stand fan ...not possible to sleep ?..???

We didn't have the breakfast as wanted to try other places. Room is small but it is all about the location being near to Gare du Nord station. Ridiculously warm but it was in a heatwave. Staff not very friendly or helpful. The room didn't have AC but then it didn't say it had and I have stayed here before. Otherwise it was as I ecpected.

The location was very convenient in terms of local transport and close to areas we were interested in seeing and visiting. It was also clean and the staff were friendly. The room lacked any air conditioning especially on the days when it’s hot as when we stayed. We had to open the windows to have some ventilation. And the amenities were quite basic. We did not have breakfast so no comment on that.

Terrible hotel There’s mites on the bed I was itching the whole time and bites everywhere in my body. The shower door is broken and the hair dryer is not working

We likes the location of the place. Easy to access different points of the city from there. Clean room and great breakfast. I had to change my reservation and add one more day. We called and were ensured that the day was added but later in my stay I was informed by the staff that it was not. Luckily there was availability and the Front desk clerk added the day and was all set.

The location is the best if you are taking the metro and the train Eurostar. Gare Du Nord station train is across the street and it makes easier to go around Paris. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I got the best view. The area has many places to eat. I had a great experience.

I really loved the location. It was close to the train station so it was convenient. Also close to plenty of restaurants to get something to eat at It was jut dirty. There were stains on towels, sheets, and blankets provided. The toilet didn’t work for the first full day. The cleanliness of the location was absolutely awful. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The room and bathroom was very small. A lot of rules

It’s a dodgy hotel, extremely rude staff. Specially a guy at night. Dirty and Horrible conditions of room. Do not recommend at all specially if you’re going with family or for couple. Avoid completely.
