The Hotel room was nice and comfortable. had AC but quite far from the bed.. room was spacious... there were 2 receptionist we saw... both were well manner. and the morning shift giy was super friendly and helpful. There is a lift right next to the reception counter. but the night shift person didnt even inform us about that.. i had to carry 2 25kg bag and 2 7kg bag up to 5th floor. if only the receptionist had told us there was a lift it would have been better. other than that there is nothing to complaint here. as its Paris i think i we need to know something we gotta ask.

Proximity to Gare du Nord Floors were disgusting, air con in our room didn’t work, so we had to change rooms. New room wasn’t the same size (much smaller). Noise from street was sooo loud.

Location was excellent Wveeything was great - as we expected - close to the station. The surroundings are as they are - the reason was to stay close to the station, and it was surprisingly good - very clean and comfortable ans super close!

Reception attempted to scam me with a taxi service. Offered to arrange a taxi for me and my son which I knew was about €20 Euro and tried to charge me €50, I declined. Arranged my own and to no shock at all it was €20.

Location was perfect, literally steps from Gare du Nord and it was clean. No tea making in the room. Staff not very welcoming and not helpful.

We chose the hotel due to it's location- just opposite Gare Du Nord station. Checkout was at 12pm so we had a good lie in before checking out to catch our train. It was amazingly quiet, we could not hear the sounds from the street from the 6th floor. The room itself was pleasant- loved the high beamed ceiling, and big windows. Male Staff at Reception very kindly let us leave our luggage in the property as we had arrived early and wanted to explore the surroundings without taking our heavy luggage around with us. We only stayed a night. The hotel appears old, however, is kept clean and tidy by it's Staff. We still have to get used to the fact that check-in is now at 3pm in many places. The lift could only fit 2 people at a time with luggage.

Superb location directly opposite the station. Even if the room and reception look a little unpromissing, the room itself was large, clean and comfortable. Poor communication from staff and lack of drinks in my room.

Very clean facilities - powerful shower, good flush to toilet, shelf beside sink and good towels. Very clean room with comfortable bed and air conditioner, which was very welcome! Nothing.
