It was clean and comfortable. Very near to the railway station and the reception was welcoming. Lift was too small and there were 2 steps to where we had to lift our luggage to put it in the lift.

Friendly staff, great location opposite Gare du Nord. Very clean, quiet, lift available. Comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Missed some of British breakfast.

First of all the staff through the entire hotle were wonderful and very professional especially the receptionists Ashraf and Hassan they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed during our stay and a big shout out to the head of housekeeping Layla she does an amazing job at keeping the hotel in tip-top shape. Secondly the location was ideal in a nice neighborhood surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants just a few steps away from the metro station and the train station. The rooms were on the smaller side.

Clean, basic and good price Very noisy if you have to have the window open, the parvis de la gare est une caisse de résonance. À essayer une chambre sur la rue plutôt que la gare.

Near location to the train station and metro and restaurants all around the area The door could not lock all night had to prop with a chair . Reported to staff and no repair could be done , didn’t get much sleep worrying about the non locking door , discount was to be offered but no response from the staff
