Can't fault the staff, very friendly and helpful Value for money wasnt great, was charged alot more then what I was told online. Also breakfast wasn't great and got charged quite alot for not eating that much. Maybe it should be included in the price as its not exactly a 5 star place. Hardly any air con in rooms, view was a brick wall so made room feel dark and blood stains on bathroom door. Had to go up lift one at a time with our suitcases. This should have been made more clearer at time of booking.location was good and perfect if you need the train which was a 5 min walk

Lovely staff, air-conditioning, clean and comfortable room. Excellent location for the trains and metro. Only 1 person with a suitcase in the lift.

Location was in the block nearest the station, and a number of nice restaurants to choose for breakfast lunch or dinner The elevator was very hard to navigate either luggage due to small size. Its door opened outward like a hinged front storm door and blocked entrance or egress to one room on every floor when someone was getting in or out
