Centrally located by the Gare du Nord. Unfriendly greeting, small room, mediocre breakfast.

I picked the hotel because it is just across from Paris Du Nord station which has direct connections to the airports (either RER B from Charles du Gaulle or train to Beauvais). There was a large choice of food, both cold and hot, for breakfast. It is worth it even though you are near a variety of places for food. The standout for me was the staff. I had the need for an emergency appointment to see a podiatrist for my foot, and the reception staff spent a long time with me searching for one nearby, filling in the various online detail for the appointment and offering to walk with me to the podiatrist's location. The only thing I didn't like was a like of surfaces to put things on. They were 2 small drawers in the wardrobe. So I had to keep things (like medicines in my bags) It is possible though that the room was designed as wheelchair friendly and spaces were intentionally reduced.

The room was spacious, it had a safe, the A/C was powerful, and the bathroom was modern. The bed was comfortable and it’s less than 5 mins walk from Paris Gard du Nord! There was a cute small courtyard to relax and unwind. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Hotel is in a bad neighborhood. It's like being on the hood! Our bed sinks in the middle. We're not able to sleep well.

A good hotel in a very convenient location near Gare du Nord. It worked perfectly for me as my train was departing from the station, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable, clean and well located. Facilities additional as coffee, chocolates and teas available. Room and bathroom perfect.

Excellent location. Public transport and e-bikes are readily available nearby. Room was fairly quiet. We did not choose the breakfast option as we saw there was an amazing bakery across the street and always went there if we wanted something to eat before lunchtime.

Clean and near train station, although neighborhood was a bit gritty. Staff at hotel was very nice. The neighborhood was not the best.
