The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was good. The location is close enough to the Gare du Nord. The staff is friendly. The wifi works, no issues. Breakfast was good but not replenished. The good stuff gets finished early. We got there around 09AM, saw people eating bacon but could not find any left... same for the fancy French bread.

It was good. The room was spacious and it had good lighting with a picture window also. More outlets for my devices. A better explanation(card) of how to operate the tv.

I usually stay at Ibis Styles when I’m in Paris, but this was by far the most comfortable room I’ve had. The size was great, the bed was genuinely comfy, and the bathroom was an excellent surprise — much more spacious than the Paris average. It’s also very convenient if you’re arriving by train. I cannot recall

The location is exceptionally convenient, close to Gare du Nord and Metro Line. Also, tourists may find various restaurants nearby. The room itself is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is brilliant! None

The property was really safe, clean and the lobby was really cute. It’s a small room, but we were ready for it. I feel like in Paris it is almost always like that:)

Convenient to Gare du Nord No air conditioning in the room and unwilling to move us to an unoccupied room. Would never stay here again!

We didn't had breakfast in the hotel. The location is good since it is nearby the train station but it is 24/7 full of noises. The staff is not helpful at all specially one lady which I don't know the name. Also the room is very very basic which was very disappointing comparing to the price we paid for 2 nights. Also it wasn't elegant at all comparing to other hotels in Paris at 2 stars, not 3 stars!!!! Also because of train station we couldn't sleep well, there is a lot of noises.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. The staff was professional and helpful. What I really disliked was the dirty carpet in the room. It seems like it was full of stains and never cleaned or vacuumed previously.

The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was more than expected in Paris. Easy access to and from CDG airport.

Room was very tiny, was impossible to move around especially when the extra bed was open. The table in the room was extremely small to use your notebook. Air conditioning in the elevators was horrible. Bathroom sink was almost clogged.

Location and cooperative, friendly staff. Also the facilities like Play station for kids and Water dispenser helped us. The Air conditioning in the rooms is very bad, and when enquired staff responded that it is as per some Local norms and they have no control over temperatures in AC. I felt really bad for 2 nights with minimal ventilation and hot room in summer.
