It was generally clean, good location not far from a metro station, lots of bars and restaurants in a busy street nearby The towels provided on the last day were a bit dirty; most of the staff did not speak any English at the reception, and the street where the hotel is located is a bit sketchy with the homeless people rough sleeping there, but otherwise great value for money

Good location for gare du lyon. Lots of shops and restaurants in vicinity If its just a pit stop there is the place de bastille close by, so get to see something ! Friendly staff Would like to see a kettle and drink products in the room for added comfort and wellbeing

Clean hotel with helpful staff. A handful of eateries and Carrefour are next door.

Quiet and comfortable. Mini fridge in room, and each room has its own temperature control which really helped when 36 degrees outside. A little bit weird that you can’t go out of the hotel with your room key. You need to approach reception every single time you go in or out, like asking permission to enter. Feels a bit uneasy that I don’t have a key to a room I have paid for; but someone else has access to my room when I’m away. Didn’t like it.

Was very close to the station so good for staying in for a quick overnight stop. Bed was comfy. Shower was great. Would have been nice to have a kettle or some way of having hot water. Hair dryer didn't work. Small towels in drawer and didn't find until the end. Small room.
