Nice staff and great breakfast with all amenities at this excellent location! Nothing all good! Room a bit small as the suitcases had no room to be opened up…

The location was excellent Don't like carpeted floors

Due to a problem, I had to wait quite long to get my room, and they offered me free breakfast. It was a nice gesture. A small detail. The bathtub is quite high. If you are small or are not agile, you have to be careful.

We were delighted with our overnight stay. Having arrived after a long flight very early in the morning we very much appreciate it their finding us a room earlier than check out for which we only had to pay a small supplement. The welcome lounge was comfortable to spend the hours while we were waiting. Our room go a bit small was immaculate and very comfortable. We had everything we could need in both the bathroom and bedroom. Although the decor is somewhat outdated it did not matter to us as we slept well and that was all we were looking to do. Breakfast was excellent. We had a choice of virtually anything we could have thought of. The staff at the hotel to a person was friendly, knowledgeable, and working to make our stay the best possible. The location is perfect. We were steps away from Marché d'Aligre and a number of excellent restaurants and stores for shopping. Since our stay was in anticipation of taking a morning train from Gare de Lyon we were only minutes away by car and had we fewer bags we could easily have walked. We hope to return at the end of our stay in France. A very small amount of street noise.

Islabel the front desk she was very helpful and kind and understanding The noise of the bathroom fan too high

The area was safe and had several restaurants and cafes nearby It was older, and rooms were smaller than average

Very clean and comfortable Nothing everything was perfect

The facility is great. Love the Terrace rooftop and the balcony attached to my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing, the facilities are adequate.

The location was good for the price, and they had on site parking (an old garage) but you had to pay for this and I did prebook it, but they had no record of the prebooking so I was lucky it was not already full. The staff were friendly and the rooms were okay The breakfast was poor and lacked options, it would have been better if the parking was free.

Great apart from breakfast room.

Warm welcome of the staff. The location is perfect, close to the metro and 10 min walk from the train station Gare de Lyon. Nice breakfast and the coffee in the room is a plus The street was quite noisy and the isolation of the windows on the first floor not enough to block the noise. The hotel could use some renovations. Also having the WC (without a sink) separated from the bathroom is not the best (also for hygiene)

I love this area in Paris and the hotel is in an ideal location for me, handy for public transport and lots of lovely cafes, restaurants gand bars nearby. The fabulous market is almost on the doorstep, and the flea market and undercover market just down the road. My room was bright and airy during the day and warm and cosy at night. The friendly and sweet cleaners did a great job, the front of house staff were charming too. The decor is on the retro side but is in good condition, the design of the breakfast room was good as well. I do not have any complaints!
