The rooms were extremely clean, newly renovated and a good size by Paris standards. Very comfortable and there was good AC! Staff was also very kind. Location is also extremely convenient

For a 3*, comparing to others in Paris, on the very dated side, with hardly any updates and l-stark and bare bones and a single unreachable outlet in the whole room, ridiculous in this day and age. Noise issues from every movement above and to the sides.

The bed was comfortable, the overall location was good. The AC unit was broken and the staff seemed disinterested in fixing it in a timely manner. When asked to move to another room, the staff said they did not have any available rooms. Since the hotel and room were located on a busy street, it was difficult to open the windows, so the room became stuffy. Was manageable but not great.

The room was clean, comfortable, in a good location for a small hotel in Paris. The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. It was nice having the balcony overlooking the rooftops. The water was very slow to warm up for showering but eventually did.

Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast room pretty and cheerful. Housekeeping made the bed and washed/ dusted floors but did not wash out coffee cups, washout water glasses or replace paper cups in the bathroom. If you are staying 2 days u might not care but being there 11 days i was not interested in doing this myself.Other than that, the experience was good. No drawer space.

Excellent hotel clean and very close to metro station and area is calm and full of coffee shops and restaurants. I want to thank Mr Hedi, he’s was very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The size of the shower is 2 ft X2 ft so it is hard to get in and out. You cannot bend over the the shower. Anyone who is obese will not be able to get in unless the shower door is removed and replaced with shower curtains. Early check in hard to get.

Shower was uncomfortably small and did not offer shampoo, conditioner, or washcloths.

This Hotel is located in a EXTREMELY good location. It is half a block from the Charonne Metro station and there are several very good eateries nearby. The hotel was quiet, clean, the rooms were facing the main street. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.
