Comfortable stay. Had everything I needed for my short stay in Paris.

Personnel accueillant et serviable. L’ambiance globale est agréable avec un joli lobby. L’hôtel est bien situé sur une rue calme, pas très passante. À distance de marche de tout. La chambre était bien décorée, moderne. Le lit est confortable. Tout était très propre. Le balcon était un vrai atout - petit mais charmant. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Le wifi aussi. La chambre est petite tel qu’attendu. Ce n’était pas un problème. On aurait aimé un fer à repasser dans la chambre. Un steamer était disponible à la réception.

We loved the balcony in our room, as well as the design of the interior! The headboard of the bed and matching wallpaper was great. We also loved the cake on arrival, and the cold tea during the day. The little personal touches were welcomed :) We would have loved some shampoo and/or conditioner in our bathroom.

The staff was very very friendly and welcoming. It was great to be able to refill available water bottles. AC was nice during hot days in Paris. Bathroom was nicely sized. Right around the corner is a nice bakery. The carpet was a bit dirty. TV only had French Channels, Apps (eg Netflix, YouTube) did not work. The rooms are typically small for Paris but unfortunately there was limited room to put stuff (closet behind the bed not easily reachable).

The staff were all exceptional - Joachim, Lucien, Will thank you for a perfect stay. The rooms are well equipped, stylish, and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was always delicious and homemade cake a delightful touch. It was my second time and I would be delighted to come back very soon. Thank you :) À bientôt Tiff

Very but very small room. I even can’t enter the shower. The room was cleaned only once in 4 days. No Paper towels

Nice Location, clean and cosy

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable beds, conveniently located near a Metro stop, several good restaurants and boulangeries. Located a little further away from the major landmarks and the city center but we also knew that when we booked.

Room - bathroom and bed - were clean, bed was comfortable, lobby was pleasant, location was good, good value for money. Little in terms of facilities - for instance a gym - and the internet was not great, I had to switch to hot spotting off my phone both nights.

The hotel is situated in a lovely authentic neighborhood full of unique small businesses, cute little shops and restaurants. We had amazing Korean barbecue around the corner. There are two supermarkets next door and countless bakeries offering delicious pastries. The hotel is located perfectly in a quiet street that runs parallel to a major boulevard, so Metro and bus stop are just steps away. The staff of the hotel was so kind and welcoming. We stayed on the top floor in a family room. It had widows on both sides that opened, which was great to air the room, especially since we were staying as a group. In the mornings there was a good selection of breakfast items. We got to boil eggs for as long as desired in a device at the breakfast buffet. There was oat milk as a non-dairy substitute and some fresh fruits. We really appreciated the cozy vibe of the lobby with a lot of seating and coffee tables with books on them. You can clearly tell that there is a lot of effort to create a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave. I hope I will get to stay at this special place again.

It’s a cute boutique hotel. We liked the interior design. The staff was really nice. We felt comfortable in the room The soap bottle was empty and was never refilled. A dirty towel was removed but no new one was given.

A bit too small

The hotel was newly renovated, the interior was very well decorated and warm. The rooms & especially bathrooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located in the 11th Arrondissement, close to restaurants and bars. The closest metro station was a 3-4 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying here again. The only downside for us was that it’s not walking distance to any of the major touristic cites, but since you can get to anywhere using the metro we didn’t have much of a problem with transportation.

Wifi was good, elevator was tiny but fast. Metro station was close by. Excellent boulangerie located across the street. The room was dirty. Not sure if the carpets were ever vacuumed since they were dirty from the day we checked in until the day we left. The soap in the shower didn’t get refilled. We booked two adjacent rooms (suite) but the main door to the adjacent rooms was broken. We brought it to the front desks attention but it was never taken care of. The walls in the rooms are very thin and you can hear everything from the neighbours room.

I have to complaint about the Bathroom sewer pipe. it works very bad. The water didn't flow down and all went out. It even flowed out of the bathroom onto the carpet…AND I I sent messages on the website and at the front desk, but it wasn't resolved. The bathroom in the room I'm staying in is so small that I can hardly bend over to wash my face. The cleaning staff entered my room without knocking on the door before it was time to check out.
