Location, service, value for money You have to walk down the stairs to use the bathroom. Aircon cannot be adjusted to more than 23 degree of Celcius. The one in the bedroom is very close to the bed (1m). We had to turn it off.

This is such a cute little hotel on a quiet street. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Public transportation is close. No hot option for breakfast.

Location, very close to Nation metro and train station - a perfect route directly to Disneyland Paris wich was our reason to visit Paris. Quiet area, a few restaurants for dinner and convenience stores for night snacks. Room was clean. Room size, bathroom ventilation (smelled a bit strange), luggage furniture and tv stations list. Also air conditioning was very stong even on "low" setting and we had to turn it off.

The hotel is on a quiet street, the rooms are cleaned daily, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The front desk is always staffed, even throughout the night, which is helpful. They keep your luggage if needed. Shower pressure is good, the AC works well which is so important in the summer. We could hear everything from neighboring rooms, the shower running, steps going up and down the staircase. If you are noise sensitive, you definitely need earplugs. I also thought for the price of this hotel, given that it's not in a central location, there could have been some nicer amenities - such as hooks to hang your clothes, some water in the room, or even nice soaps in the shower. Those things were missing.

Best customer service and very friendly staff. Especially the gentleman who welcomed me when I arrived on Thursday at 11. I was not feeling well, and he went out of his way to help me. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference to my stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!
