Extremely forthcoming and kind Staff, also possible to deposit luggage after check-out. Reception open 24/7 you just have to ring the bell. The room was small, the bathroom as well and there (in the bathroom) weren't any windows so it was quiet humid and hot, but none of this was insufferable.

The male employee at the reseption was very nice and funny! He remembered me and our small conversations evry time I entered. Also happy with the appliances! The air condition was of proper quality! I was at the 7th floor(French 6th) and they had no elevator. This was very heavy with luggage. The walls were made of paper and my loud nabours kept me up for a long time. It was dirty, some kind of mold in the roof. The old lady working in the reception was very rude on several occasions. She kept on yelling the same sentence in my face for a few minutes whilst I stood quiet and waited for her coworkers to come and help me.

Perfect room, very clean and the AC was great I don’t really like having to leave the key with reception when I go out (although all the staff were lovely). Bed was a bit old

It was clean. The shower is so tiny could barely move around in it without water splashing all over the bathroom and I am a petite person. They put me on the 6th floor without an elevator even though at the time I was booking, the confirmation said the room was on the 1st floor. Climbing up those stairs was brutal.

Hotel is located very close to the Nation metro station and there’s a lot of decent bars, bakeries, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. There’s no AC and it almost killed me because I came amidst heatwave. Also some of my towels were dirty.
