I booked 8 nights in a 6-bed male dormitory, but they repeatedly put me in whatever room they had available instead of the room type I actually booked. I was first placed in a mixed dorm, then moved to the correct male dorm after complaining and was promised I could stay there. For the last two nights, they suddenly moved me back to a mixed dorm again without informing me beforehand. Worse, after they moved me, the belongings and clothes I had left in my previous room went missing. This was the most serious and unacceptable part of the stay. At first, the hostel refused to refund me despite not providing the room I booked. After all these problems, the staff finally promised a full refund. I am still waiting for it, so I will see whether they actually keep their promise.

The location is very convenient, as the hostel is right across from a metro station and there is a supermarket next door. The outdoor breakfast area also has a beautiful view. Unfortunately, there were several issues during my six-night stay. At check-in, I felt that the staff member did not explain everything properly, including information about towels and the padlocks needed for the luggage lockers. The reception area is very small and there is no real common area nearby. I also had frequent problems using my room key card in the elevators, which was very frustrating. The room was extremely small and cramped, and the bathrooms were located outside the room and shared with everyone on the floor. The shower stalls were so small that it was difficult to shower with the door fully closed. As a result, the bathroom floor was often completely soaked and looked like a swimming pool. This happened every day, and the cleaning staff could not keep up with it. The breakfast was also disappointing and not worth the extra cost. I stayed for six days and the options were exactly the same every day, with very little variety. The tables were always surrounded by bees, especially outside. Although the outdoor area has a beautiful view, it was almost impossible to eat there because of them. The hostel should consider using a safe method to keep the bees away, as the situation was very unpleasant. On one occasion, I needed to use the bathroom hairdryer, but it did not work. I tried hairdryers on several other floors, but they were not working either. I eventually found one that worked long enough to dry only half of my hair. It was a very stressful situation, and it felt like no one was willing to help resolve the problem.

It had air conditioning and a bar the elevator was also a plus and the staff were very friendly The digital keycards stopped working so I had to keep asking reception to let me in my room also the shower left the floor wet the entire time I was there

Location was ideal, right my the Nation Metro stop, made it so easy to check in and out and get around the city. The room was clean, organized, and I loved the little shelves with outlets for our stuff. I had some difficulty getting up to the top bunk, but that was mostly a me problem bc I messed up my knee before going on the trip. It was actually nice that I was close enough to the other beds that I could waddle between them lol
