Location was convenient. No elevator but this while negative was offset by staff who were helpful with luggage etc.

No refrigerator and microwave.

Near to metro station. No Air conditioner and No elevator.

Old and cute hallways and rooms, great location, excellent, friendly and helpful staff, decent small breakfast selection and great price for central-ish Paris. 24/7 desk and luggage storage behind the lobby desk to top it off. Will definitely be coming back for short stays! I didn't dislike anything, obviously there aren't really any facilities but who is expecting that from a small hotel like this?

The room was basic but nice, very quiet and perfectly clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast vas very good and hotel provides free coffee, tea and soft drinks.

I like the location. Within few minutes to metro. The Filipina front desk was amazing and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Nouvel Hôtel Paris. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are very comfortable, cozy, and relaxing — perfectly designed for a pleasant Paris stay after long days of exploring the city. What truly made this stay exceptional was Frédérick and the entire hotel staff. Frédérick deserves special recognition — incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we felt at home. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail genuinely elevated our experience. The whole team was super nice, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is another big advantage. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Nation metro station, making it extremely easy to reach all parts of Paris. The neighborhood itself is very safe, even when returning late at night, which gave us great peace of mind. Overall, it was a wonderful, smooth, and comfortable stay with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to Frédérick and the amazing staff, our time in Paris was even more special. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again. No lift available. Its fine however you need some Efforts to take luggage in the stairs

Location is easy to access and easy to take a direct metro to everywhere you want to go. The metro line covers all the popular location like museum louvre, museum orsay. Nearby there are many supermarket.

The room was very small. There wa not even tea, coffee insus the room.

Absolute disgraceful stay , I booked for 5 days as I was doing Paris marathon , vacation was with my husband & daughter (15 year old) , they put a cot in the room for our daughter & I asked for a change of room , they said they could let us change rooms for 1 night, but I could not stay for further 4 nights ? I went out on the Saturday from the hotel to sort out my marathon number & attend a marathon pre race event , I was called twice by the hotel to come & collect my stuff as we were told we could not stay any longer in the hotel , I got back to the hotel , the lady on reception had very limited interaction regarding this situation & told me she had refunded my money & I had to find another hotel the night before the marathon! I got quite tearful & could not believe this was happening, I was very tearful & stressed especially the night before running a marathon , I had not received any refund of money at this point , but she expected me to find another hotel & pay for it , the hotel allowed us to stay in the room for a further night again charging us more money , we had no other option as Paris was very busy due to the marathon, we stayed in the same room from the previous night , which was left untidy with no beds made , just like we had left it that morning. I was absolutely appalled. I am a 52 year old woman who works for the nhs , I was running a marathon for charity & I was treated like a criminal, this hotel does not deserve nice honest people staying in it , I thankfully found another hotel which was far nicer , although it cost me more money on top of what I had already paid , the peace after running 26.2 miles was worth it , I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone ever , the worst place I have ever stayed & the staff were incompetent, which did not help my situation

Very nice staff, good breakfast, excellent location The walls are paper thin, you can hear every single noise coming from the other rooms, the corridors and even outside The pics are a lot nicer than the actual hotel

Good point: • location is good Bad points: • hotel doesn’t look at all like the picture. At this point felt like I got robbed • the hall and the carpets in the stairs and lobby looks extremely dirty and used • we asked for double bed and got two singles bed next to each other • bathroom is disgusting, we had hair in the towels, we didn’t even dare to shower • you can hear everything in that is happening outside your room • looks old and hunted We didn’t even know if we wanted to spend the night. I was ashamed to make my fiancé sleep in this conditions. If I had booked for more then a night I would have not stay.
