The rooms are a little bit outdated.

Location, room format Small stains (small dots) of something on the bedsheets

While the hotel eventually offered a room change and later relocation to another property in their group, I found the overall hygiene standards below expectations for the price paid. I was also disappointed by the dismissive attitude from management when raising these concerns. I would recommend checking the room carefully upon arrival.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and made it easy to get around Paris. Overall, the customer service was good. The room and bed were very small and uncomfortable. I was also disappointed that basic amenities like an iron and ironing board were not available. The hotel would be much more comfortable if the rooms were better equipped and more spacious.

The window didn't fully close so the room got cold and there was a lot of noise at night.

The lobby and the front of the hotel are lovely. The staff is welcoming and kind. The first thing I did was check for bedbugs and thankfully, I did not find any. The lobby and the front of the hotel are very nice. Once you get in the elevator, it’s a different story starting with the room number on the door being partly gone I walk into filthy ancient shag carpeting. The first thing I did was check for bedbugs and thankfully, I did not find any. However, I worried they were lurking in the carpet, so put my suitcase on the corner of the bed instead of the floor. Ask for more water in the water bottle from the housekeeping staff was told OK. She promptly went to take my bottle that have been used by who knows how many people and refill it in my bathroom sink. It was pretty gross in all.

They literally charged my card 12 days after I left and when I called to check if it’s a mistake they hung up on me, looks like the staff was trying to take money from my card, I managed to stop it with the bank

Location location! 2nd time staying here. Monoprix is right across the street. Very quiet stay. Its a very small room, but it works. Had breakfast for 1st time. Would skip this as not really worth the price. There are many brasseries in the area.

Good / fairly sized / sound-proof rooms, great staff, great location close to major subway hub. Breakfasts needs improvements, or price reduction. My last experience: no veggies (but a few cucumber slices), cheap cheese (in the 365-cheese country!!), no fruits, overcooked eggs (staff not trained to taking eggs out of the cooker when timer rings).

Location is good - Daily towel change -Luggage storage- Room carpet smelling bad - there is no kettle in the room - The man who works at breakfast part doesn’t know English and asks room numbers every morning in French ( we guess that’s what he asked)

Missing a water boiler, tea/coffee samples in the room. Bathroom equipment maintenance could be improved.

Location was excellent. Nice that we could accommodate our party in 2 rooms. It was pretty quiet except for a loud alarm clock that buzzed each morning at 6 am for over an hour. Beds/pillows were look. Key situation was difficult. Only one key was provided and front desk did not want us to leave it with them when we left for the day. Not only did we not want to risk losing the key, but if the two people in the room did different activities, it was impossible to know who would return to the room first. In several instances we had to wait up to an our for the other person to return with the key,. Very inconvenient. We questioned what the key box on the counter was for and it was promptly removed! When the staff was questioned what to do with the key, she just shrugged. Very rude. In the beginning when they did take the key from us, no one was at the desk to hand it back to us when we returned. After waiting for someone to come we ended up having to retrieve our own key ourselves. This does not seem very secure! Anyone could pick up a key and enter a room unnoticed. A hot water maker for tea would have been nice esp for those of us who weren't, feeling very well.

I should never have been there.

Soundproofing was very poor. Front desk is not 24 hours - I saw the employee sleeping when I tried to come in. I knocked on the window, I called the phone number and no one picked up. I was stranded outside for hours!

The rooms were extremely small , the toilet seat broke. It needs better maintenance over for the room

The hotel is ideally located close to one of Paris main subway hubs. Apart from the 7th floor, windows noise insulation is good (and there is not that much traffic at night even on the boulevard side). The Wifi is good and the staff is amiable and efficient. Small (rare) incidents are compensated fairly and without even having to ask. Whenever I posted "special" requests on Booking they were fulfilled and ready upon arrival. I could have extended my stay for 2 more nights but the proposed prices (on Booking or Agoda) were outrageous so I did not pursue and left the city instead. I understand that holiday time brings in more affluence and that raising prices may yield more ROI but am not sure that it is a good policy to discourage long-time customers - they might remember it at tougher times when the hotel needs them but the choice is very diverse... And a last detail for fun: the breakfast staff still does not know how to cook boiled eggs properly! (or do not have the proper equipment to not overcook them)!

Although a bit away from Paris Center, Nation is extremely well located to access any area of interest by metro and bus. Location was perfect for me. The hotel has adequate rooms, with smallish bathrooms, the only minus. The breakfast room is spacious, well lighted and a nice place to hang out as well as the patio. The staff deserves a high rate, extremely friendly. I felt very welcome and cared for. The tiny bathrooms, but it is Paris!

Big bathroom with bathtub. Very romantic for a couple. Our room was on the ground floor, it shook every time a subway train passed by. Also we couldn't open the windows because they overlooked the dining room directly. Our bed linen was not changed when we asked for it. One time in the evening the reception smelled of weed.
