I was in a 10-bed female room. The beds were comfy and blackout curtains effective. The room was calm and other guests were respectful. There was 1 toilet, 2 showers and 3 sinks for the room which was sufficient - I never had to wait! Everything was clean. Both the bedroom and the lobby are air conditioned so its good place to be during a heatwave! It was possible to store my bag before check-in for a small fee. The front desk staff where friendly. I had many conversations with them in the morning before setting off for the day. On the last day of my stay, the hostel got a cute kitten! Many of the bunk beds are up against a stone wall with only a small gap between the edge of the bed and the wall. This gap is large enough to easily lose things but not large enough to retrive them. The cubbies for backpacks/suitcases are under the bunk beds. Deeper than they are wide, it is necessary to pull items entirely out of the cubby to access content which makes quite a bit of noise and can disturb the person on the bottom bunk. As advertised, there is no common kitchen area other than a small microwave. Food is not allowed in the dorms and can only be consumed in the cafe/bar lobby area. The lack of kitchen, namely a fridge, ended up being more of a pain point than I expected. There was no self-serve water fountain, but you could ask the staff to fill it up behind the counter (or drink the tap water).

The staff at the reception were absolutely fantastic, willing to help, communicative and nice!!The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were also clean and the beds had curtains! I’d definitely stay here again.

Salim was simply wonderful. I was a late arrival with a very early start and he turned what I was expecting to be a stressful tiring experience into a joy thanks to his warm welcome and kindness.

The facilities were extremely clean and the location was well connected to buses and the metro. It wasn’t the most social hostel but it was quiet and peaceful and the staff were all very helpful.
