Safe feeling and good size room. Affordable. Very hot during summer with no proper AC besides a small fan, that doesn’t do a lot. Also have to take metro and bus into the city which takes around 45 minutes.

The staff was incredibly helpful and genial. The apartment was clean and had a great breeze on the upper floor which was especially helpful during the heat wave. The stone floors were also cool and there was a fan. The shower was quite nice for the size of the Aparthotel. The stairs leading up were quite narrow and steep and small steps. The space was a bit smaller than expected. The foldout sofa bed was difficult to use. The kitchenette didn't provide an oven. Not really family forward but I think that's more the neighborhood which is young and vibrant and near to Oberkampf.

Excellent behavior by the staff. Both welcoming and friendly. Place is in a good spot for Paris's center exploration. Both the room and the whole hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. Room is fully equipped, with TV, kitchen, fridge and other utilities.

The only drawback to the property was the fact there is no air conditioning. This was not a problem given the time of the year but I could see it being an issue during the summer.

The bathroom could have been cleaner

Homy ambiance Nice customer service So safe Near the metro Nothing

They were basically serviced apartments. Reception staff were responsive before and after our stay. Amenities were sufficient. The location is good if a little difficult to access during high-traffic times; it's in an alley with no unloading zone. The price was pretty steep, though we were staying at a peak time. For a family of four, it was pretty cramped. I wouldn't advise anyone of larger carriage to use the shower. Cleaning does not occur every day unless requested and an additional fee is paid.

Very happy with my stay at the Hotel de l’Horloge, staff was very welcoming, I was able to check in early cause my room was ready when I got there. Otherwise you can drop off your luggage and come back when it’s ready. They also stored my bag when I left at check out because my train was at night. Room 2 is ideal for a solo traveler, it’s a mini studio with everything you need! I would definitely stay there again in the future. Very good value for the price 1min walk from Ménilmontant subway stop. All kinds of shops and restaurants around. Nothing I can think of

Even the fact that I had my baggage fixed in place by the owner ,priceless!!

The lady on reception was lovely. Room was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Slept like a baby, as though located in a busy area there was complete silence at night.
-
It was safe and clean. The room was quite spacious and it had a small kitchenette.

All was good

Very nice facilities. Metro a block away. Interesting neighborhood with lots of food and grocery stores
-
The room I stay very big and clean, near market and metro too They don’t clean after 2 nights , or change the towel or toilet paper , but the staff is lovely and helpful, also next to the hotel have some homeless

No complaints, it was great for our short stay
-
It was clean and it had many good basic requirements despite room’s small size. Not centrally located. Bathroom too small, a fat person would not be able to use the toilet. No ice available. No water would be provided after first day. Some of staff not that helpful while others are.

I loved the fact that English is almost never heard in this neighborhood. I used my rusty French. I love doing that! It is a small apartment with a useful kitchen. It's as if you live in Paris. Easy to walk in & from & very close Metro stations There is no common area outside to sit. No A/C but the fan works well The area is a bit seedy but not unsafe.
