Clean and comfortable. Excellent location for sightseeing in Paris. Metro 2 mins walk. Great local restaurants and cafes. Underground parking. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The quality of the room and service (wifi, hot water, space) is very good. Around the hotel, there are stores, restaurants, and a metro station close to the hotel.

The location is further away from the main tourist attractions, but it is close to a metro station, so it is easy to get to any part of Paris. There are many options for places to eat or buy groceries near the hotel. The hotel room bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one shown in the ad. It was much smaller (too small for three people), had old beds, and lacked air conditioning (which was difficult, as we were dealing with a very hot summer); the bathroom was dirty, and the shower enclosure leaked (so the entire bathroom would get wet whenever we showered).

... Dirty, fridge was unsafe, smelt of rot and misery, noisy, seemed like a working hotel, absolutely not worth the price, beware the decent location

This budget hotel is very close to two metro lines, the neighbourhood is awesome with great options for dining and for drinking. Despite this, it was silent in the bedroom at night, which coupled with the blackout drapes permit a good night sleep. The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean, but as a budget option the place was very small; although ok for short stays, wouldn't recommend for a long stay. They replied to all our questions in advance of our stay with prompt replies and the staff was friendly and polite. The lift wasn't working, but we weren't informed of this in advance; if one of us had limited mobility, staying at this hotel would not be an option, since they had no ground level rooms. Also, there's no A/C, making it not such a comfortable option for the heatwaves. They did offer a table fan and the windows would open all the way allowing good circulation of air, which is fine when the weather isn't so hot.

The location was excellent with regards to the Metro and the area was close to restaurants, bars and shops but not noisy. On the booking it said there was breakfast available but when I asked they said they didn’t do it. Unfortunately I stayed in the recent heatwave and despite having a small fan the room was really hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Nothing. It was awful. Staff was very useless. The hotel was filthy, lift didn't work and they had no AC. It's not has described at all and can't even get a refund. I had to book abother hotel and left. Everything about it was awful and should not even be a functioning hotel. It feels like a prison
