Great location and staff Need AC

Location was perfect. Very clean hotel, nice and friendly staff

Clean, great location. Apparently, there is no air conditioning which is not stated on hotel description. The response from staff was that it is not included in amenities. I don’t think of AC and heat as amenities in place that can be 90 or 20 degrees. Fortunately, it was not hot on our stay, but the room was stuffy as the windows didn’t open. A small fan did not alleviate that.

Great location, friendly helpful staff Can't think of anything

I love the value they offer

The location and the staff were both excellent! No way to get hot water for tea. The building was noisy inside in the early mornings. Sounded like furniture being moved.

Location couldn’t be better; in the middle of the best part of Paris but on a side quiet street. The staff super nice and welcoming. The reception gentleman accommodated our request to have a room with a balcony and an awesome view. Everything was so clean and the bed very comfortable. The room was on the small side, but we didn’t care because of the balcomy and the view. Everything was great.

Great location and very helpful staff Pillows were a bit lumpy and even though advertised as soundproof was still able to hear the next rooms

Though a tad small compared to what we are used to in the states, it was a beautiful room that fit the 3 of us (which is harder to accommodate in Paris). My favorite part what seeing Notre Dame from our window. That was a wonderful surprise! There was nothing I didn't like. It was a great stay that fit our needs and our desires. Though it was definitely more expensive than I normally pay for a hotel room, it was significantly less expensive than pretty much all the other rooms we were looking at and in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants.

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Good with handicapped.

Location is superb. There is ambient noise at night from bar across street, but it did not bother me one bit! A staff member at desk scolded me one of first nights for leaving bathroom light - which activates some motor that neighbors can hear. I had no expectation - or info - that leaving my bathroom light on would cause noise for my neighbors. Staff at desk seemed to be talking to their friends on headsets most of the time.

Very clean. Front desk was friendly. Location convenient.

The breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was small for three beds, but that’s normal given the price.

The location was great. It was walking distance to Notre Dam and other spots and close to bus stations. Our original room was on the 7th floor with no elevator access so they prepared a handicap room for us. which worked out better since it was bigger than normal. Staff were very friendly. There were no coffee, no refrigerator or even kleenex tissues in the room.

Can't beat the location next to ample dining, bars, nightlife, Notre Dame, metro and centralized. Staff was friendly. Hard to find a room that sleeps 3. 24hr front desk Internet routinely logged off by itself and difficult to get log in webpage to pop up again. Need better/larger cups, no in-room coffee/tea, a fridge and microwave should be included for the price. Slow elevator. Key card didn't always work.

Very convenient, nice and comfortable Nothing. While it was small, that is expected in Paris

The staff, especially at the front desk were very helpful, kind and easy to interact with. The location was perfect. Easy access to a great deal of well known and desired attractions as well as communities, all on foot. Beautiful architecture throughout the immediate area, and some very comfortable cafe's and restaurants. For those attributes, I enjoyed my stay. The room however, was startlingly small, and cold. The heat register was not functional, and the towel rack kept falling off of the wall. Storage for clothing was very limited. Most of my comments are above. Room size, none functional heat source, broken bathroom accessories and noise level. The windows are not efficient in heat retention.

Room was small which is no surprise for central Paris. The check in clerk said that breakfast began at 7 but neglected to tell us that it was 13 euros each. Not worth it

I had a uniquely unfortunate experience due to two mixups. I reached out to ask for a handicap accessible room as my father needs a wheelchair to move around. Whoever reached out on my behalf from booking.com told me to book the double room that I saw and that the hotel would ensure that I get an accessible room. Once they the booking was made, they said there was nothing they could do as the accessible room was already booked. They would not provide a refund full or partial as they claimed that it wasn't their fault.
