centrally located Has elevator owner and staff very accomodating Has air conditioning Hotel is very basic and way overpriced Hallways, carpets etc need to be renewed Extremely small shower room. No basic amenities such as coffee, tea, coffee pot. We had to ask for kettle to boil water. Room small Poor paint jobs on door and wall Wifi connection can be improved Hotel is a bit run down, needs fresher/cleaner rooms and in need of modern amenities Shower area extremely small Room rates high No room amenity except for shower gel:there were no safety box,toiletries, refrigerator,hair dryer,bottled water Many clothes hangar broken, need replenishing It would be nice to have at least one English news channel. Unless one wants to be centrally located, I would not recommend this hotel paying such high price.

Location Elevator access from the street to upper floors was limited- had to walk up stairs to get the elevator sent down. Staff make clear they tolerate guests- not necessarily welcome them. Industrial soap dispenser in shower with non- cleansing “soap”- went to desk and requested regular bar soap which was accommodated but ultimately bought our own to use.

Location was fantastic. Room could’ve been cleaned better. Annoying shower. Water ended up all over the floor.

It was perfectly located… close to Metro, restaurants, a jazz club., shopping. And loved the unique and colorful decor.

Small room but large bathroom for European standards. The property is within walking distance of the Notre Dame and many cafes and shops in the lively Marais district Nothing

It’s quirky and artsy and in an excellent location We didn’t mind, but street noise might be an issue for some people.

Modern (like new!) bathroom w/ shower Bonus: lovely street view overlooking church! Nothing not to like if you like small older style accommodations.

Only the location There were no tissues in the room, no shampoo in the room. It was very small and one of the two ladies at the front desk was arrogant and not very nice.

Beautiful decor and atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. You simply could not ask for a better location in Paris.

The location on Rue Rivoli and being in the heart of Le Marais was just perfect! Morning coffee was only steps away! The decor could be a bit much for some but I loved the color and eclecticness of it…so charming. Close to Metro as well. It’s an older hotel but clean and kept well. Elevator does not go to the main floor ( unless staff key it for luggage) so you always have 1 level to climb up and dos .
